i don't get it...when is the hammer going to fall? it seems like the Crown isn't doing much to win...or is that their intention? then they will have "different laws"??
Basically what they are trying to do is get this witness to say these particular words, and another witness to say something that also makes one of their points. They keep doing this until the end, when they cherry-pick a sentence from here, a phrase from there, and an unrelated point from someone else and try to put it all together and convince the judge that all these points support their version and the court should rule based on just those particular points.

Remember, these witnesses have all been through discovery, and both sides have all the same information. There is no such thing as a "surprise" witness or an unknown exculpatory piece of evidence. They can only massage the testimony and hope the judge agrees with their side's interpretation of what it all means.

Free cannabis for the poor is a nice gesture...... Kind of like a sample at Costco. It is UPTO 30 grams per month. The MMAR average script is 17.5 grams per day????? So the gesture lasts less than 2 days on average??? What about the remaining 28-29 days? Shameful gesture. A marketing gimmick. What a sad excuse for charity. Let's medicate the needy for 2 days a month and laugh at their suffering the remainder of the month. Welcome to the dirty list CANTTRUST. Silence would have been better for business.
Since you work for tweed...enlighten us. What compassion program is your company offering? your company laughs at their patients 30 days a month.

You ever heard of broken telephone? Get your facts straight. Free food for the poor is not 1 and a half days per month. Free medicine for the sick is not 1 and a half days of medicine per month. CannTrust is a sad excuse for charity. Let the poor child suffer for 28-29 days per month and market it as helping the poor. I guess CannTRust's idea of FREEDOM is all 1.5/31 days per month. That is slavery. Freedom is the right to grow your own medicine and have a full months supply. CannTrust is not a substitute for freedom.R-3954186-1350387887-2901.jpeg.jpg
