Good update, very excited to see the outcome of this, hoping the judges inject some common sense into this nazi harper government tax scheme...

you said common sense & Government in the same sentence...they don't go together
Lol got me there, technically they were in the same sentence, but the common sense part is (hopefully) coming from the Supreme Court. They made another historic decision today reversing a previous SC ruling on assisted suicide, maybe they'll stay on a roll in reversing idiotic laws/decisions. In this case simply slapping Harper's ass for being such a control freak and trying to setup his cronies before he looses the election this year ;) Yeah, I'm a bit of a conspiracy theorist, only when it comes to Harper though, the guy is a maniac, reminds me of Putin, I'm sure they get along like bro's.

No...i think he is in a bit of hot water...at least here.
how does he afford to go to all these places like Jamaica and all over Canada? and these videos aren't cheap. i think the coalition is funding all this stuff with OUR donations

This is why I have confidence today...the will of the people...they new that other countries were doing it and that the majority of Canadians wanted it....just like mj...

just as a heads up to all that are covered by the injunction.
do realize that even though you are covered by the injunction IF your ATP has run out from your
previous authorized 12 month prescription you better get a letter from your doctor.
I did just that and am covered my bases.
you guys/gals should do the same

Why? There was nothing ever mentioned about that being a problem going forward....and that would be EVERYONE covered by the injunction....you think docs are signing for 15g/d? I feel pretty confident that my doc supports me, and I feel like I have the court on my side right now. If it it expires before a decision is made, and it will, well gee your honour, I thought I was covered until a decision was made, will fly. I have too much fucking pain to worry about this shit anymore.

If HC is not renewing anyones licence...wouldn't your former pink slip still be valid...
They dated mine for march 31 anyways....so its been out of date a couple of weeks after received it....
I think it would still hold water...regardless of the date
if HC wants out of the game then get out

How does an additional letter from your doctor cover you any more, what are you basing this on?

yes I understand quite well that the injunction covers us, however a prescription is valid for let's say a 12 month period.
if you are out of that time frame and you goto your pharmacy will they dispense? .... no, not until you get a current prescription.
Conroy even mentioned about a section 53 exemption to cover yourself.

1. Make sure you have, preferably the originals and certified copies of your "Authorization to Possess"(ATP) available to produce to the police if they attend, to show them that you are "medically approved". It might help to have a copy of that part of the application that was signed by the doctor setting out your "grams per day" and support and copies of at least a summary of your medical situation from your doctor or a copy of the last medical report that has a diagnosis and prognosis etc. WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO REMAIN SILENT AND TELL THEM YOUR MEDICAL STORY THAT HAS MEDICAL SUPPORT UNDER THE MMAR. Out of an abundance of caution you may want to get something in writing from your doctor that authorizes/approves your use under Narcotic Control regulation 53 so you are Oauthorized¹ under that regulation to possess.
