Who? You? :) Can you be more passive aggressive?

Bust out yo spectrometer please, 1w of Red white does not equal 1w of blue light. See now I shitted all over this thread like you, but someone has to be factual instead of spewing nonsense.

This thread is hilarious. So much ignorance and bad info from non led growers lol.

@abiqua don't worry about trolls like that. They have very low intelligence. They think speaking with authority makes them correct. We all know how good led is. How par and cri works. How not all watts are created the same and how efficeincy and materials are factors in spectral output and not watts. I guess I just put it down too. Its getting very tedious schooling noobs on botany. I'm over explaining shit to people. The knowledge is only a few clicks away. If they refuse to learn, that's their bad. It blows me away how people refuse to take the time to learn anything about botany when they grow. Yet they go to school or go through some sort of training for their job..

imo, using led's, and expecting to get great results, is like using brews to make co2, a waste. for overall yield, which is what a lot, if not most folks are after, led's don't get it done. electrical costs aren't so great that it is a deal breaker using hid lighting. i don't see any large scale producers using led's, i wonder why??? do they work? yes they work. is there anything better to grow with? yes, hid is better. especially if yield matters to you...
maybe its because the commercial grow relies on pawning of there scrap to some poor dispensary and cant afford to LEARN what could possibly be a rad way, LET THE 8TRACK GO FLASH DRIVES ARE HERE.
