Apparently you failed to read the title of this thread. OR, we understand the English language differently
OK. How does your post help newbs make any choices? Your post is to serve your self interest only. You have absolutely no objectivity now and therefore your logic and decision making is borked sonny Jim. You could grow 2 pounds with that thing and I wouldn't begin to believe it.
So it doubled in three days? Can I ask you have you computed when you're going to move out of your home when it becomes soooooo ginormous. I say about 36 days.
See how you've sold out for a light? You got nothin' to teach anyone Grima. And stop thread crapping.

My post is for someone who doesn't know what to buy, but would like to see a recommendation in action

Why that escapes you is beyond me

Soooo your recommending a panel you've never used before? A panel you're being compensated for using by the company, (Hey BML, I'm a criminal too. Can you lend me a Spyder? PM me.). Uhhhmmmm yeah, you're a straight shooter.

Why don't we finish this in your thread. I myself don't like being a hypocrite.

For any noobs looking for real help, I think you can tell who the jealous A'hole is/are

They would have LOVED to slam me, but the BML is doing great things, so they are resigned to snide remarks

Pretty petty shit from people who one would think would have the best interests of led tech at heart

if you genuinely care for noobs you wouldnt promote a light that you havent even completed a full grow with.

Your constant unashamed promoting of this company puts me off this light more than wanting to buy it.. you got given a freebie and without even seeing what it can do (IE full grow) you are talking it up like its the greatest thing since electricity....3 days and buds have doubled..... you sound like the fluffer for BML....

give it a fucking rest

From A51 LED:
"Hello,

The 190s will be back in about 3 weeks, we are still waiting for LEDs from Cree.

You could also consider the 150s. They are just as powerful as the 190s (1335 Umol'/s vs. 1320 Umol'/s @ 12", or 30cm) .

Regards,
Jeff"

What do you thing abiut that, is really almost the same?

Hello. What you think of this setup for a 4x4 tent:

40 leds, 3w (real 100W). 4 modules per panel (3).

1 CREE XP-E White 6500 ° K

3 OSRAM OSLON SSL 80, 660 nm (hyper red)

OSLON SSL April 80, 630 nm (red)

1 OSLON SSL 80, 470 nm (blue)

1 OSLON SSL 80, 445 nm (deep blue)

Meanwell "LPV 100-24" Drivers

Aluminum heat sink (80 x 10 x 1.8 cm) finned to dissipate heat well without a fan, thus they are totally silent.

I'd get a air cooled version. Passive cooled grow lights have been weak up to this point. Even if a cob light was passive cooled...it would still be weak compared to what it's air cooled counterpart could do.

One thing I wouldn't do with leds is buy a grow light that has no grow reports to back it up

What do I recommend...a grow light with results. DIY cob, apache, area 51. In that order..
