Glad to help n thanks! Fluence is my favorite Low-led (12"-)(term I made up, not real) Never used one but liked BML allot & have been following their progress since. Learned allot from the BML web-site when I first got into led. Usually recommend it as a good read. Their prices dropped big time since BML.

@Big smo, don't get sucked in bro. Notice how many talk bad about the company we like, all the while using them as the standard to beat? Then you got those who think adding 3 differant lights together to achieve a similiar spectrum & intensity. Oh, n don't forget the guys who say DIY but don't know how so they pay $2 a watt to rivet n zip-tie a bunch of pre-fab shit, paying $3 a watt by the time their done & end up w/ junk. I see these guys try everything to avoid giving this company props. How bout them dudes that think they know a better way to enhance the spectrum. Lol! I'd use more 450 or 660. Hilarious! I'm sure they've done so much testing. All theoretical BS.
Just post your results homie! These guys don't have results to post. Just shit to talk.
I'm witcha. maybe victor can waste some money and put 50 cobs in a frame then he could say he has the brightest. lol who gives a fuck. Yep pop rivets and zip ties. Far cry from powder coated aluminum and stainless hardware. Ohhhh and laser etched. Lenses that cost more than 5bucks on eBay. What else I'm admiring my 3 right now and the fatttt ass plants under them.

You are good at twisting shit man
please clarify...as I have everything in direct quotes. Are you calling me a liar too?

Why is it that any time a lie needs misdirection, your account appears....Since I don't grow, maybe these questions are insincere, what' your take?

Having evidence of your claims, isn't important?

Apache Tech at200 50 degree lens white & red 3/2

Vs.

Amare Tech SE250

3x3 tent

Which would you choose for best optimal grow&bloom
I've ran the se220 and the at200 r2, honestly I would have to give amare the slight edge on yield.

Apache wins on quality for me,hands down. That's just my experience with those 2 lights.

laser etched is no different than any other form of cutting metal, except is it needlessly expensive. Its good add, but needless imho for light quality. Neither does that take away from Amare's quality nither. But really, laser etching is your brag?

Does the laser etch give you an extra .25 grams/ watt?........ Probably not. Lets keep things in perspective please!

I think he was referring to what hybrid said about adding more 450 or 660 he was referring to what the data crunchers say about amare, not what he himself would do.

But I may be wrong.

then there isn't any other point in commenting, other than to distract.....lets see some evidence with Controls and actual protocol. Not fuckface's whims.

Read it again clown. Read it all. Not sure if you think others don't see your petty bs but it's pretty obvious he was quoting and not his direct conment

it started on page one!

should re-name this thread Asshole Stoners Soiree........... you have to read 10 pages of bullshit and chest thumping to gain one page of information...
if-you-are-new-to-led-and-want-help-choosing-what-to-buy ... stay away from threads like this lol

I like how the "experts" are too busy arguing to actually answer any questions from those pesky new-to-led- people

Can anyone answer this?
Hi, you can answer this yourself. Using this spreadsheet: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1nKfc12OCuDu7puJCa_6maefyCVm3gS5sBmzAXOlh06w/htmlview

First calculate PPF and/or look at the lumens column: 2.62 umol/J * 48.85W is about 128 PPF per cob, or 8916 lumens. I leave PPFD goals or lumens/sq ft choices in your capable hands. PPFD is just PPF/growing space in sq meters.

Personally, I wouldn't worry too much about lumens. They are all but meaningless.

Good luck.
