Ideas on a new system

I have one I started in doors in (mid) January last year....and took till October to finish...its Columbian gold...
mind you it finished nice and full of bud....outdoors.. 3.5 lbs buds and bottom half of plant was used for Hash....
done as outdoor scrog with wood and steel frame of 6 feet by 6 feet which filled up and hanging out in all directions...and finished indoor sorta in my green house frame...under temp plastic...
the year before I started in may same strain with clones given to me.....and it still wasn't done when I plucked in first week of December...at least not by traditional standards of evaluating trichs...
so in total....to do it right took 259 days...or 37 weeks...

Its getting harder every year to pull off a successful season in my neck of the woods. Fucking raiders every where...

I'm not allowed to grow in a greenhouse...it sure would help.
Who told you your not allowed to grow in a greenhouse?

HCs definition of indoor is a concrete foundation.

It would be as easy as lining your desired base with cinderblocks and from there build your hoop house with conduit.

Yeah it would work. I went to a greenhouse a few winters ago (while it was winter) and i had to take my jacket off. Not sure on the temps but there was alot of snow on the ground. It was a simple hoop house.

I like the idea of keeping it below ground level to help keep temps manageable, while using free lighting.
I would also build a lightproof cover to control the light cycle for maximum harvests.

saw a house built completely underground in scotland....and it had zero heating....installed.
the owners said a sweater was all the was needed ever...when it was cool.....
sure would be nice to have no heating bills...

That's fucked, was it atleast good?
well that is including 5 week veg. It just grows foxtails so it's all bud. Very piney and a big rush behind the eyes. It was rarely the 1st jar I grabbed but the quality is there although not work growing.

I'm building one of these right now, but with metal hoops instead of PVC, using a bender from hoopbenders.net

http://www.extension.org/pages/18356/low-cost-high-tunnel-construction#.VPhc2aAynqD

total cost for 16 x 80 (8 feet high) is around 1300.. the poly-ag brand 6mil poly with IR and anti-condensation was just over 300 for a 24x100 piece from bw greenhouses in abbotsford..

http://www.poly-ag.com/htmls/print.aspx?c0=12740&bsp=12739

top rails for the hoops are standard home depot issue 1 3/8 x 10'4" for 15 bucks each.. 2.5 top rails for each hoop

I'm using 1" EMT pieces 2.5 long for anchors, with a 1/2" hole drilled near the bottom end to slide a piece of rebar through.. which I will pile a bunch of rocks on, instead of concrete (did not want any concrete in the garden).. top rails slide nicely over the EMT..

I'll post some pics later as it progresses..

we'll take the poly off over winter as this design has no snow load..
