Ideas on a new system

After seeing the back and fourth on the court case thread it got me thinking.
What are some of you guys ideas for a new medical mj system.
For arguments sake we can call it the mmfu.

I think anyone wanting to grow their own meds should need a valid prescription. For every 1 gram a day 1 plant in all stages. So 1 gram is 3 plants.
An eletrician should inspect your electrical system so that you and your neighbours are safe.
If excess meds are sold to a compassion club then you should pay tax on it and treat it as a form of income.
Growers who are found over the plant count or selling without reporting the income lose the right to grow and have to buy from tweed forever.
Patients get to grow their own. The gov makes money on the licence plus taxes on excess sales and tweed and the rest get to lose and fuk off.

If it were up to me man thats exactly how it would be lol
And the hc inspectors or whatever you wanna call em plant count guys should know mj.
Perhaps it time the gov hires a mj friendly group to look after this not some stuffy that still thinks weeds the devil

Your idea for determining plant count seems a whole lot more logical than what the mmar had. I only grow half (25) of my allotted count and get by just fine. I have a feeling the courts are going to try toughing up the plant numbers and inspections etc. in order to allow us to keep growing. They need to show the are 'keeping the public safe' while continuing to uphold our charter rights. The twist is what happens when they legalize? Recreational users won't put up with the incursions, why should sick people?

I agree
I think the plant counts are a tough issue tho because someone growing sog may only get 30 grams a plant but the guy who vegged gets 400grams same plant same strain.
I just took the lowest expected return and even through out the caveat of selling excess to recoup hydro and nute costs legally.
Rec users arent my concern tbh

I am not supportive of what I think is going to happen but it doesnt mean it wont happen.
I noticed a lot of Remo's questions were regarding 6 plants. I suspect an 18 plant count limit will be imposed 6 clones, 6 veg and 6 flowering. Or flower out 18 if you want and start over.
I think proof of insurance will be required via electrical (fire) and ventilation (mold) inspections.
I think radom plant counting inspectors are a real possibility forcing us to sign away that right to enter
This will be a brand new system with brand new rules. If you want to play your gonna have to play by the rules this time.
Dont get me wrong..I like the wild west

SOG growers will need to become SCROG growers

I'm sure they will try, but I can't see them succeeding. 18 plants is simply not enough for many, many people. The average script is 17.5g/day. Don't cave so easy. With an election around the corner and Harper's opposition calling for an end to prohibition entirely, the patients are in the driver's seat, imo. We keep fighting till we get what we want. I think the likely scenario will be the courts once again giving HC 12 months to come up with a new program. We will have a pro-pot government in power by then so they will have to come up with something that also allows for rec use. I don't see us going backwards.

9 flowering plants each in their own Scrog..with their own light...I can get 9 lbs...4 times a year. 36 lbs annually not enough?
I will help anyone who wants some help learning how to do this. Its all online but hard to wade through the crap

My best was 18 oz from one Black Widow under a 1000watt. CO2 is important for high yields
I wonder about the use of CO2 and if its use will be allowed?
Is it even legal to have a co2 burner or for that matter a pressurized tank in your home? I dont think so.
Its why I dont think its a stretch to think that they may require us to grow in outbuildings.
I will say it again...I dont like my predictions. Its not what I want...low plant counts, assholes coming into my house etc

I wash the floor outside my room before I enter my room, and take a shower before entering my room. I would have an issue with people going garden to garden all day coming in to count my plants. They would bring mites/thrips with them on their clothes and hair/arms.
I don't just think this. It would happen.
And also, my lights are on at night.

People who make beer have co2...at least that's what I tell the Pepsi dispensary!
Good point. Bloom box has a co2 system built in?
I have one of these. Used it for a few crops. But seriously affected my sleep thinking about Chinese junk firing on and not firing off. Plus totally illegal if there was ever a fire Id be fugged
