I need help germinating beans

It may be worth risking a little shock and getting her into some looser soils, if it won't dry out. I hope all goes well, she is growing. Don't worry about the size you see, hopefully it means the roots are growing. Mine just got mad wide in 2 days, staying nice and short. I do wish all the best brother.

It's decent a big computer fan (biggest I could find) and the doors on the growbox get opened pretty much the whole dark period and for a little while during the light period so the air circulation should be ok
You really need to get that dried up a bit...maybe poke some more holes in the cup? It's simply too wet...
How far away from your light is it?

It's about 2 inches under the light and the holes in it are easily big enough water can easily run out of them, the soil does say it has water retaining stuff in it so could that be enough for it to hold moisture like this

I'd be poking holes all around that cup...anything it takes to dry it up. My concern with transplanting is that what little bit of a root system it probably has, may be destroyed during a transplant...
