Hybrid High-pressure aeroponics and nutrient film table critique

I'm new here and to the forum scene in general. Hopefully I won't goof it up too bad. I just built a 2' x 10' x 6" deep grow table.
Almost finished. Still working on fine tuning the Bell siphon for the ebb and flow function should I go that route. Or I can use the internal stand pipe only by removing the "Bell" and then it becomes a deep water culture system. Currently, I am using it as a hybrid nutrient film table with high pressure aeroponics. The aeroponics 40-80 micron mist heads run down the center (small ¼" piping). I aim the heads in alternate diagonal direction which evenly distributes the mist throughout the entire grow area. I heat the control insulated 27 gallon reservoirs joined by 2" piping with a submersible titanium 300 watt heater as it is winter and cold here. I am maintaining 64-68 degree Fahrenheit currently. The other stage 27 gallon tank acts as a settling reservoir (under the table) and is the first to receive the drain water from a 1-1/4" drain pipe. I have dual 250 gph submersible water pumps that provide flow for the NFT, Deep water culture and ebb and flow functions. I designed redundancy into the system at several points for safety should 1 or 2 water mover systems fail. The high pressure aeroponics system adds the third redundant system. The aeroponics pump and timer (hanging on the back wall) are set to run for 30 seconds every 7 minutes, 24/7. The table is on a slope for drainage to 3 drain bulkheads also providing redundancy in case one or two clog or develop air locks. I currently have only the center drain bulkhead installed.

Lighting is 3, 600 watt switchable metal halide/HPS's. For Winter I am using unvented reflectors to make use of the heat generated for maintaining 75 degree. I have a can fan that kicks on when temperatures reach more than 75 degrees. The hot exhaust air is pushed into my workshop to warm it in the cold season and switchable to the attic during the summer months. The air intake is pre-filtered by a large HEPA filter and enters via a 8" downturned vent pipe on near the floor on the opposite end of the ceiling mounted exhaust fan. The seedling plants were started in coco coir and transplanted with the Coco core into Hygroton filled 5" net pots.

I am running GH grow, GH Calimagic, GH Florolicious, and GH silicon. No bennies. My ppm (500) are running at 600ppm. My ph ranges roughly from a low of 5.4 in the morning to a high of 6.1, 24 hours later when I have to add about 4 gallons of h2o and usually around 15ml of pH down to get my pH back to 5.4.

I am a firm believer in constructive criticism and want to learn. This is my third grow ever. My first was in 1979 when I used dry ice and ferrets for co2 in a closet at Purdue to grow this "new stuff" called Sinsemilla. My second was last year in Roots Organics. This is my third and my seedlings are 5 weeks old. They have been in this system for 7 days. I have no clue as to how I post pictures. I have a few. Tell me how please.

Please critique anything you think I could do better or change. Thank you much.

im moving your thread to proper location this "make your requests" typically for forum users asking for something of the board itself
like new subforums ...newer upgrades etc.

welcome to rollitup just pay attention to your subforums and forums you post in so you can get the right help and user bases
