On Saturday I bought a 600W Digital Greenhouse ballast & a SunMaster 600W HPS bulb. I got home and it fired right up.

Sunday morning I went into the room and no light. The fan was running on the ballast, but the bulb wasn't on.

So today I drove back and HTG found the ballast to be working fine, it was the SunMaster bulb that wasn't working. They found 2 others in their stock that didn't light.

They did find one that worked and gave me an HTG 600W HPS(freebie) just in case this one fails.

HTG was great. No bullshit what so ever. Just plain good customer service!!:bigjoint:

I have the same ballast with an easy cool six reflector. They somehow let my order sit around for a week, so being the decent people they are, they threw in a free metal halide bulb for the inconvenience. I have ten plants going and so far six of them are females, I'm hoping by tomorrow I can identify the other four. My space quickly filled up with ten plants so I decided yesterday to order another six hundred watt light, it already shipped and should be arriving on friday. I dicked around with two grows under t-5's, now I'm going for the gusto. I really want to grow some sativa which I have recently purchased seeds from the attitude. I want to put four plants under each light and with two six hundreds I should have more than enough coverage for eight sativas.

Check my post out about Htg Reporting to the Feds.. I have done business with them but now i'm kinda worried.... =o/

I've never had any issues with them, but then again, I never put myself in the position where anything like that could happen. I DO realize that not everyone has the luxury of having more than a couple decent ones around like I do.

I DO suggest that if you purchase a system from them, that you upgrade the bulb that comes with it. The standard bulb they give you isn't all that great.
