No... it's not subjective. It is what it is. HIDs can't shine through leaves anymore than CFLs. CFLs bounce?........ what the....? Even the sun can't penetrate through leaves. Ever hear of shade?.......?

I dont know it all.

I took down my cfls for the HPS. In veg state because I did hella research and believe its side by side if not better to the mh.

To me they're growing alot faster.

Just an opinion, im done with this thread no one is giving facts..just talking stuff.

You gotta consider the quality of growth. Are there more nodes or is it just a bigger plant?..... you are one frustrating mofo!

If you already have the "facts" why are you starting threads looking for other opinions? Isn't that what experience is all about? YES!... it is. ;-)

hahah thanks for realizing it..

I never planed to grow lol...I just read so damn much on these boards I decided to take it up..plus I've been smoking weak ass shit since I been smoking (only smoked dank <10 times in my life)..I smoke a gram a day for 2 years..:wall:

Anyywayyy im stoked about this grow that I have, and just want big ass buds..sooo im looking for people to reassure me that HPS in veg will do good.:bigjoint:

the mh is gonna give less strech if vegged with. i veg with cfls then move to my 600w hps with nice results. some hps lamps will have an enhanced blue spectrum which will do well for the whole cycle. the mh is nice if you can keep it cool. thats why i use the cfls to veg. they are very easy to keep cool. peace.

not ta jump in this love fest all late but,, i think someone should just tell you ta look at the hortilux super blue, its like a 600watthps and a 400watt mh in one bulb, of course its a 1000watt. i know that wassent your question bro but im jus tryin ta give ya some help if your haven problems with your girls. Bliss be ta mary bro.

ps. they might be comein out with a 6oowatt version, and asfar as my "low posts" iv been growin fer a couple years know..not long, but i know a little about growin some heady shortys!:joint::hump:
