"Care givers need to be held responsible for "overages".. The vast majority of people seeking care giver status simply want to profit on the overages created. Come on now..if youv'e got 5 people on your card, and have 60 plants going...tell me with a straight face you don't have significant overages. No way possible that 5 people can use the product of that many plants.
I'm not saying that a profit shouldn't be made for the effort...I'm simply saying that records need to be kept..taxes need to be paid..it should be treated like any other business."

I love this, I have been saying this for a long time now. I wish everyone would just act like it is a business so that the feds will make there money and shut up. Its all about money to them. DONT tell them every penny you make just make it believable.
Exactly, plenty of write offs too..electric bill, equipment depreciation, the list goes on....plenty of cash flow to be "legit" as any other small business...

I never even though of all the write offs, WOW! Now no one can say well I have to buy lights, seeds, electric, nutes. All this other bullshit that brings up the price. I feel for some people really, HARD TIMES!! I my self are at hard times. I would love to treat something like this as a business. LOTS of money to be made. Ya taxes suck and everyone hates to pay, but why do you think the rich hate paying it. I know most people will keep doing what they have been doing. But me when tax time comes around I am going to start up my own. And I will make sure there are cheap meds. Shit make donations to the cops! Get them on your side. Where would you be prosecuted at if you got in trouble? Your home town! Guess who has been paying a $1000 dollars to the cops every year that is also tax write off! It may just be a slap on the wrist, who knows maybe this gray area will be clear soon so people dont try and sneak around. Small towns would love to see there community step in and help out, shit donate to the schools anything to make it look like your the good guy, helping sick people and there community. The cops here know whats going on in there town.... So when the rats start talking shit saying this guy is selling marijuana they will be like oh ok let me check into that for you THANKS!! and well they never do check, after they find out who it is they will be like wow that 1000 dollars really helps us out, If they are doing every thing by the law then why bother them! Just a though?

I dont know I just hate how people are taking advantage of something we fought so hard to get legal.

KEEP SMOKING!!

I would also like the law to amend the discrimination issues on people that use MMJ and there jobs. Surely you cannot fire someone for smoking weed if they are legaly allowed to do so in the eyes of the state and its citizens.

Think of the money companies would save and loose? I think the law need also needs to point towards insurance companies leaving the companies alone about drug testing a MM users.

Companies should not be forced to drug test just cause insurance companies are trying to be looters. Perhaps even a MMJ friendly insurance provider for work forces could be provided in time for the companies of Michigan.

Discrimination is known as a hate crime in the real world so why do we let them pull that shit in the real world? idk and never will

I would like the law to amend how many hours after smoking marijuana am I legaly allowed to drive.

I want it clear what my blood should read if tested. I want the law to amend this issue with much insight of the topic. I know I can smoke 10 joints and drive without running a stop sighn. I know it will take me 4 mixed drinks to make running a stop sighn a real option.

I want the law to be fair but that ain't going to happen. I say 2 hours after a few tokes you should be clear of all penalties. Now if ya get down right fucking medicated, maybe 3 hours before driving?.

The law should read no diffrent then if I were to take a pain pill or whatever they are, I think. What are the consiquences if you kill someone in a auto accident and you were just on your pain meds and showed a very respectible blood level "low" of that med?
