1st timerr, wanna no is there a certain brand of light bubles r best for indoor grow, and most importent how much watts should i use to grow?? Plz help
How much watts should i use 2 grow, and is there a certain brand of light bubls r bes

You're asking a question that doesn't have any one right answer. You have three basic choices when it comes to lights- HID, Flourescent/CFL, and LED. Which you are going to want to use is totally dependant on how many plants your are growing, the size of your grow space, how big you want to grow them, and a lot of other factors. If you are only growing a couple of small plants and aren't in a hurry then CFL/flourescent are your cheapest option, but if want to grow 4-6 3+ foot plants under a single light then you need to go with at least a 400W HID. I don't know enough about LED's to give you much advice, other then that there is so much junk on the market that it's definately a case of buyer beware when it comes to believing their advertising. As for bulbs, everyone has their own personal preference, but for someone thats just getting started buying the right brand is less important then buying the right type.
I'd suggest you take a look at www.htgsupply.com and check out the prices for their lighting. I know from personal experience that you can get a 400w HID with both the MH vegging bulb and the HPS flowering bulb for about $150, and can get a 600w with the same bulbs for about $225.
