how many ml/gal of GO CAMg+ for r/o coco grow with canna nutes

Title says it all. How many ml/gal of General organics calmag should I use for my r/o water before I use canna a/b, rhizo, pk 13/14, and bud ignighter.? (Bloom boosters used when needed only)

Also I have some microblast organic micro nutes. Do I need to use these too?

I DONT HAVE A PPM PEN/Tds meter!
I have been having cal issues.

Gypsum should only be used in soil and potting mixes fortified with insoluble calcium.

If you're intention is to treat the coco as an inert medium and grow hydroponically, ignore the things this guy says, and use the right thing. (calcium nitrate).

In general, even though sulfate is the freedom variable in most hydroponic mixes, you still want to avoid adding more than necessary as it competes with nitrates, and makes your water cloudy from precipitants.

I thought this was a no brainer, but the guy who doesn't even have experience with hydro keeps suggesting to use calcium sulfate.

For once I agree. If you have GO CaMg run with it at the rate i said, but if you are treating your coco as a hydroponic soilless medium you will probably have more success with a nitrate source.

Would you even use General Organics in a hydro grow? Wouldn't General Hydroponics be a better choice for that?

I think you could depending on the system. Obviously DWC, RDWC, aeroponic set ups probably wouldn't work the best because of carbonates water solubility.

I'm the same way. I don't like adding salts that aren't needed. It's kind of confusing that the OP's using a nutrient "lineup" created for soil in a soilless (typically considered hydro) environment. I would have used General Hydro's product. I.e., I thought GH created the GO product line for soil.

Or, if the OP is trying to promote organic activity, I would have used soil. Coco and organically active nutrients seem like an odd mix. I hope it works out. I would treat it as soil I suppose. At that point, gypsum would get Ca to the plant without adding unnecessary N.

I agree buddy, but I'm not a water grower so i go the carbonate route or in my amended soils lots of bone meal and Epsom salts.
