How many busted from this site?

im not carefree! i just refuse to let paranoia ruin my life! i've it happen!

i know there is no way in hell they are going to bust me just from some FLIR image they have! secondly i dont run a bukoo grande operation to show up on FLIR

the biggest things that get people busted is RUNNING YOUR MOUTH, stealing electricity, disposing of the WRONG garbage(leaf trimmings, nutrient containers) at the grow location, and last but not least......RUNNING YOUR DAMN MOUTH.... you know for each person that knows about your grow, add 10% for each person.... guess what? if 10 people know? its only a matter of time!

Yea, thats true, it is unhealthy. It was not my intention to "spread paranoia" I'm just trying to get info. I'm judging by the use of your phrase "hella," you are on the west coast, where laws are somewhat more lienient. Prison, however fucking blows, where ever you are. And I'd like not to ever go back. Not that I was in for growing, but I met people who were, and their reasons for getting busted were mostly informants.

yeah there are only a handfull of dea agents and it would be the joke of there working life if they busted in on my three pittyful little plants.. i can read the headlines now dea teamed with local law enforcement take down the east coast most prolific grow opperationd netting 33.50, a daisy bb gun, used,to aggitate native wildlife, and three marijuana plants with a street value of 10 million dollars, pete willies say . i never would have guessed it comming from such a quiet place. and jessica jesusfreak states its about time we cleansed our neighborhoods of such filty trash sent to us from the bowels of satan . ,,,,,i truely dont believe anyone has anything to worry about, i mean i go to work everyday pay taxes pay my bills on time, the whole american dream thing,, keep it small dont let it stink and dont tell anyone..but just in casehow can i erase my info from here....

I would bet an ounce of the kindest bud I've ever smoked that there are no police or agents patrolling this site. If they had the resources to, they could track down people through this site, survey them, and bust them. But there is no way they could afford that.

Hell, they don't even survey most grows (even HUGE grows) when they find them from the air and know where they are. They just go in and rip the plants up. They don't have the number of agents or the money it would take to set a couple guy out in the woods for a week and wait for the next time someone comes to feed the plants.

Sometimes they'll put motion detecting cameras out there to try to get pictures of the grower. But that is rare, and when I've heard of it happening it was just some idiot cop who was a hunter and want an excuse to fuck some hippie in the ass with his hunting camera.... not an actual department policy.

I think the FLIR on the show u were referring to is the DEA show on SPIKE network u can watch it online its the first episode in the series. and was based in detroit...usually if the dea is involved its part of something bigger than just a lil personal use grow..anyway it was a helicopter that was equipped with FLIR and tghe only reaSON it was looking at a house in the area was because the guy was involved in past and present offences as well as been ratted out by a informant. Im paranoid but still carefree and pretty smart for my age and take no chances on the way to keep it stealth..lights leakege, smell and people never come over.

yeah i think a mere predator drone goes for $450,000 and that's just a remote control plane, not going into orbit for that cash. If thinking there is a satellite out to get you makes you feel safer somehow, by all means cling to your satellite. I however know that the foil hats protect me from the evil mind reading satellite. And as long as i can keep the gremlins that live in my toaster from dropping a dime I'll be just fine.

Well said! Look I'm all for taking every step to stay free. I use a proxy when coming to this site and all I do is toke. But let me tell you the reason I only toke is because I just finished 8 years with the federal system (five on the inside, three on paper) and it isn't worth the risk for me with a prior felony to do anything more. I post on this site to help anyone I can from the injustice I had to go through and the more people I can give advice to and help the more herb there is for me to partake of. After 5 years of meeting hundreds of people coming in and going out while I was incarcerated only a handful were growers and most of those were very large growers. Out of all the indoor cultivators I met 98.9% and probably 60%-70% of outdoor cultivators were there from informants. Rule number f@#king (1) don't show your grow (meaning don't show, tell anyone). If you do your homework you will never have to worry about some BS satellite or even the realistic flir on a chopper. I think everyone should use a proxy when coming to sites like this no matter if your just a smoker, small grower, or running a kingpin grow op for the simple fact that if they're are prying eyes it will cost them more money to find out anymore about you. All LE have budgets they have to work under and the more money they have to spend on shitty leads the less busts they make per dollar. Thus to complete the equation the cheapest way besides getting someone to tell on themselves is informants. Flying a flir chopper around hoping to spot a unusual hot spot on a house is too damn expensive not to mention how many false leads it would produce. The reason they use the chopper on outside grows is because it works on catching large grow ops.

Most of the time, it's RATS that get you busted not satellites, heat, electric usage, or where you buy supplies, not even smell - although that can sure get you noticed... Even if someone does rat you out leo's won't just come break down your door. That would leave them open to huge lawsuits if there is nothing there. The thing that will get you busted is someone with a big mouth and your GARBAGE! They need hard physical evidence before they come in. They will go thru your trash to get it. Never ever put anything from the grow room in your trash. Always haul it off site. I am still free because of this one simple piece of advice. Hope everyone is listening. The cop outside my door a month ago said virtually 100 percent of growers put evidence in the trash. He didnt know that i was listening on the security camera outside my door... whew!
