How long left?

Hey, Its my first grow and i'm coming up on harvest time.

Strain is NL from BCseedking.com. It says 6-8 weeks on the website. Today is day 50 and they don't look near done to me.

400w hps, 3 + 42W CFL side lights.
Vegged for 1-2 months.

how long do you guys think I have left?


PS. any advice with how to harvest the big one so i can still reveg? I want those genetics for a mother!

looks like it needs more time, if u want tighter denser buds try moving that hps closer to the tops, they look good just a little wispy to me, but defenitly a few mor weeks

ya deffintally alot more time i would say 3 to 4 weeks those buds will fatten up alot but very nice grow

Thats bitter-sweet news. I like that they have that much longer to plump up. But it has been soooooo long, i almost want them to just be done!

Do you guys think I have real Northern lights if the plants are taking this long? if not, any insight into what i actually have?

it does look a bit more sativa then the nls i,ve seen but i havent seen one bud yet,

There are many watered down strains of northern being sold for short money, you get what you pay for. Sensi seeds has the true 45 to 50 day northern, they created by backcrossing NL#1, #2, and #5 over and over to breed out the sativa and create a near pure indica. Other starins of northern will say the genetics are 60/40 sativa indica or 50/50. I have the sensi strain and have been cloning it for 12 years and its fast, done in 6 to 7 weeks but the yeild isn't quite what you get with the longer budding strains but they drip in crystals. Just got the PURPS from BCBUD Depot and I'm going to cross one of my Northern Mothers the Purps.
