Not getting into why I am asking, but yeah, how do you say something like that? Be direct? Slowly build your way up? I dont know.... I mean it should be said but idk if im bold enough to say it, so I need to think about my delivery

its pretty important. i cant stop thinking about it, i dont even want to try and get ready for class, I dont wanna see anybody... i just want to lay in my bed and cry. so i think i should say something so i can get an apology or at least recognition of the wrong doing

If you are lying in bed crying over it then THEY are not worth it. If THEY don't realize (or care) that whatever they did hurt you (and it seems like they should, as big a deal as you are making this) you will not ever get any satisfaction from an apology.
