how dense is your sog?

I have one aim in mind and thats to buy my house outright, fuck the mortgage. Its soo important to me since I was homeless for the first few years of adult life. I'll do ANYTHING to get there.1Ks would be good but Ive found my 600's work great.... Ive got minimal headroom under 160cm but loadsa space since im subterranean . I actually use Lumatek digi's so I use that 10%booster switch. ... The 42l trays are the perfect diminension for moving about, emptying runoff etc.
I would be extremely carefull in how you go about buying a house outright. Unless this is a legal grow.

The logic I use to justifiy the risk in my mnd is this. ........ I can do 1plant, 200 times and since I flower mine as soon as they come from the cloner it takes 65days, times 200 = 13000 days or 35years.... or I can do it all at once and it takes 65 days.

65 days or 35 years hmmm ... Which sounds more risky to you?

All my 'product' is sold to my mate who adds his cut and distributes it. I only ever deal with one person.

Well, if you had to get caught once in each case.. the first sounds riskier, FEDs don't care if you grow 6-12 plants every 2-3 months for 100 years. Though they will care if you grow 100 plants for as little as 2-3 days.

soil/less basically an all organic hand made soil that suits my needs specifically, and a organic/sythetic nutrient sytem, Co2, and dual spectrum and uv. 4 mothers i can clone from and tons of seeds. i need more room but i dont have any in my house so im gonna wait till my roommate moves out and use part of that room for that. always high grade nug. sog is a nice system. but i like em all. my next move is to aero, but thats sytem im custom making and im gonna make it expensive so im waiting on that.
Aero sog is where the yields are at. I'm running co2 as of next month. What system do you use? Do you run ac? I'm gonna do it without the ac and use a co2 controller in conjunction with a temp humidity fan controller. I figured I only have 2 vent twice during lights on and dehumidifier takes care of humidity. I don't have the load capacity for adequate ac.

I dont run AC or humidifiers or pumps or even PH/EC meters. i use lights(obviously), CF, two RVK fans. and a few oscillating fans. I even use passive intake to reduce the noise further. I keep it simple and use the Lucas formula. My bud is the best ive smoked in 20 years. (excluding my trips to Amsterdam)

Bloombastic is great for people who want an ALL-in-One Feed. Though it's expensive. $900 for the Huge Bottles.

You Can ALWAYS get BETTER RESULTS dialing in a multi part nutrient line than a All-In-One line. Though it takes time.

How does your op even work. I can't imagine what my op would possibly be like without knowing my ph/ppm. If ur doing good without, you'd do a damn sight better with.

I dont PH because I never have and all has worked great. I have no religious objection to PH meters but theyre always faulty, you need 3 to get a measurement you can trust and besides my water tastes great LOL. I dont use EC meter because I water fresh by hand and use the Lucas Ratio/formula so its not needed.

I watch for signs of phytotoxicity and adjust as needed. Ive spent the past year learning how to read the Kush strain im growing and feel confident to go from the 50 or so in flower ATM to my 200 goal.

I'm running 192 like. 96 a month. 16 morthers. I've been thinkin g against everyones advice and going 9 plants per square foot in 2 l juice bottles which are exactly 4x4". That would up my plant count to 432 and that's a shitload of mother material needed for cuttings and I'm not sure I want either more mothers or bigger mothers. They're a pain in the ass as they are. Are you just growing straight kush or a hybrid. Kush is one of my faves never grew it but smoked a shitload. Also what co2 system are you running?

No CO2, other than what I exhale whilst tending to my garden. Im doing Violator Kush from Barneys farm. I have my mothers under a 4ft 4tube T5, all are bonzai. I clone using a 50 site DIY cloner I made which is virtually foolproof and takes zero maintainence, using a 2ft T5. Its amazing and Im going to build another so I can clone 100 at a time.

I too have moved to 2L bottles with a perlite/vermiculite mix at a ratio of 3:1.
I've cut holes in some ply wood to make a lid, so, the bottles fit nicely into the 42l tub a bit like a wine rack. This spaces them perfectly and allows me to take individual plants out without disturbing the other bottles. Im a little over 4 per Sq/ft.

Man, its soo sweet I could cry. LOL.

9 seems a little too much but it comes down to the strain youre growing. VK wouldnt do well with that (too much branching). Im assuming you would be defoliating at some point after the stretch????

EDIT: Why do you find mothers a bitch to handle? Mine are pretty much independent. What I did to make handling my 10 mothers easier to handle was sort out the drainage issue. I use a long garland tray with a hole that drains into a small tupaware box. This way I just feed and walk away.

I'd like to see that cloner. I thought bout making one drew a few designs got stoned and bought one lol. Haven't had a full propper run yet but my friend has one and has 115 out of 120 success on avg.I've been using rockwool for quite a while now and will soon be making the choice between perlite or expanded clay pellets. I seen something on transplanting straight from a mediumless cloner straight into both of these. Rw stays wet too long and much is to be gained from extra oxygenation to the roots. How do you transplant from your cloner?. I cut everything from the bottom half of the plant at the end of week 1 and 3. All I'm interested in is growin short fat trimmed budspears. Plants finish at bout 3 ft.Man with the mothers I just fucked up in building there tent. I've got a 4x4 flood and drain system with pots full of rockwool. But I've only got a 100l res and they're drinkin so much at only week 3 from cutting. With them drinkin so much ph is flyin nd they're wiltin but they're reall bush but all the material is b grade. Its my first attempt at keeping moms as I usually just buy 96 cuttings a month. I don't think I'm gonna be able to take that many clones from these yet. I think I'm gonna have to buy more next week for table 1. I'm gonna need a 150l res atleast to keep that much mother material happy.

I dont have the option to buy clones but it has to be better making your own. As I said my mothers are bonzai and I get too many clones.
Most of what I learnt was from a guy called '420fied'. I cant post a link here because hes on a rival forum.

Google - 'Come SOG with me' ... You'll be amazed and probably rethink your setup lol. Im doing something similar but Ive made some improvements.

EDIT: He also has a great instructional on his DIY Cloner. Mine is near identical but I use a '84L really useful box'. With hozelock misting nozzles.

I have to say this dude sure knows what he's doing and god he's showed innitiative but it falls shy of the type of thread that really 'changed the way I grow'. Al b fuct is the boy when it comes to sog. His thread entitled get a harvest every 2 weeks, now that's a grow changin thread! If u haven't read it yet I'd strongly advise you do. Its unbelievable just how much info is in that thread. Its like a growbook, its better than a growbook its like a recipe. Rather than go thru all the ways you could grow, he shows you one tried and tested method of growing and tells you everything you could possibly want to know about how to replicate it. Super super super sog guru. Giv it a read dude. That cloner is awesome like I wish I had made my own when I see the results gained from little initial outlay. Mine has a lifetime warranty tho so if anything ever went wrong it would b fixed for free!

I've once had 36 in a sq m but the pots were 3.25 L so this was possible with short veg. Nowadays I'll put 20-25 clones in a Sq M minimum height for 12:12 changeover is 20 cms. For seeds I would do 6- 9 in a Sq M in 11L pots

Yeah my op is 4 per square foot and that works out at about 36 per square metre. Aslong as they're pruned propperly they don't branch so fit into a 6"x6" square area.
