How cold can my plants get?

All in all doesn't sounds so bad or expensive! I always can't help to think what the straight laced goones go home and tell there wives after being in a legal caregivers home...either way I'm sure you made his boring life slightly more exciting! Nice to see you'll be back to temp soon

He said the inside surprisingly wasn't that dirty. He said the tips or some shit was full of enough
crud for it to quit firing, no doubt about it.
So far I believe I am at the $200 for the service call and I'll have him try to
fix the infloor heat, at the other end of the house (including my office)

A piece is stripped out on the shaft to the fuel pump.
That small plastic piece was the noise we heard. It said it is a pretty
unusual break. He is looking for some pieces in his van. (Or loading up more
trichomes). It doesn't look or sound expensive. lmao. He has the broken
piece in his hand and knows what it is, so that is huge progress.

Who lives up in the UP and doesn't have a fucking woodstove? You should get one man!! It wouldn't cost you no $5K to install a nice woodstove for supplemental heat..

My garage may end up looking like this.

Badass!!

You should check out Santa Barbara greenhouses, I bought a free standing 15 x 20 greenhouse for an amazing deal in the off season (now!)

They have really nice kits that look just like the above photo.

My kit came with everything! Lol. Some accessories I won't even use, (like overhead, timed misting system)but really cool package.

I have a wood stove. Burned wood at a few places up here, this place is pretty big and pretty nice. The wood
stove is outside next to the garage. lol.

Anyway the shaft coupler is stripped and was rattling inside and not working.
Mike called around it's a beckett burner but a goofy model.
They have kits that fix most models.
He went back down and messed with the one I have, and got it working.
He says it may work for 2 hours, may work for 2 years.
I am going to hunt it down online.
He showed me how to replace the part myself so I won't have to
pay him to come back.
Now he's looking at my infloor heat to try to get that running good again.

This sucks! My furnace just went out last week as well. Pretty simple fix ($400), but was without heat for a couple days. Your plants should be just fine, though.

It messed up again already. My motor to the burner is going bad.
Then there is a messed up valve for my infloor hear. I have infloor heat in my basement
as well. I didn't even know that!

The service guy finally one trip downstairs was like, ....so. is this what you do for a living?
I've been thinking about trying to supplement my income and I have a nice spot at my place...
lol. He must have heard if we make profit, we are condemned to eternal flames and damnation.

We will see how he does.

Perfect! A little bartering ...... some free grow lessons in exchange for a free furnace repair!

My motor to the burner was exactly what went on mine last week. The motor was about $180, and the guy charged me $200 in labor because he had to come to my place twice. Pretty easy fix. Hopefully they have the motor in stock and don't have to order it.

The motor to my burner is odd. It's a common brand (Becket), but he's never seen "one like this" of course.
He just left. It cost me $350 and the bad motor is working, no idea how much the new one will cost or when
I will be able to get it. The guy from Northern Plumbing is going to investigate and get back with me in a few days on a new one.
Mike says if I don't hear anything by Monday to give him a call then and he will get one from another distributor.
Probably another $350 and I'll be set for this winter and next.
He changed a zone valve for the far end, but the floor is still cold as fuck! lol.

The stove couldn't be further from them. But I have 4,000 watts of light on them now.
I have 11 hrs to get service dude here smart enough to fix everything. I think he will
be here in about a half hour. If they die, that will be a pretty big, wind-up kick to the sack.

I let the dogs out at 7:30 this morning and by the time they hit the swing set, 2 laid down to get
their feet off the ground!!!! That is cold as fuck!! TV had -10 at that point. Honestly I thought
yesterday was a little colder cuz wind chill was -33, but the dogs can't even walk outside right now.

These are the days I cuss Belle out for having my city ass way the fuck up here in the Tundra!! roflmao.
It's all good. If they die, I'll have more going tomorrow.

Not good bro.

Good news...is although stressed they should be fine if those temps are less than 24 hours. Although it does depend on strain sometimes.

Mainly Sativa. It was about 10 hrs at most. I just crept down and checked. They are 61 degrees in the dark. That's more like it.
