Yeah I've seen the solo cup contest. I wouldn't imagine people are vegging for 3 weeks in those though and these look like they might be even smaller than a solo cup.
When my plants are three weeks in, I can guarantee you their roots will have completely filled a pot 5x the size of these, easily.

If you can, I would mix in an excessive amount of pure, light, pearly white perlite (like 1.25:1), with some extra worm castings (like 1:70) and some epsom salt (like 1:300). Azomite is also very good to add (like 1:100) if you can get easily. My soil base is usually ffof, but adding a 1:1 of ffhf is recommended. Also adding scotts seedling mix at (about 1:3) is something I do frequently for seedlings.

Anyways I think you should also cut holes in pot to get air pruning as I've had seedlings in my original trials with seeds grow exactly like this. I had bagseed in 2l soda with duct tape and mg soil with moisture control. Was under 40w of cfl 2700k. At 30 days the roots were to the bottom but plant was 4.5 inch tall. Roots were 95% vertical tap roots (like 10in) with very minimal horizontal rooting (like .5 in either way. Roots were also only on pot walls. Inadequate aeration and high nutrient content is what made mine look like that.

@J Bleezy some of the solo cupper do. The photoperiod plants only flower when mature, so some plants get 2.5-3ft tall. As long as the roots are healthy and consist of a majority of feeder roots you can achieve similar results in soiless as in hydro. And all a hydro plant needs to grow huge is a couple inches of healthy roots and an appropriate nutrient solution and in correct dilution.

So canna Terra pro comes prefertilized, which means you usually dont have to feed till flower in a short term grow. For seedlings it will burn them. Watering a fertilized medium either organic or slow release will not "flush" properly. If you get ppm and ph meter check once. It is likely the only thing you can do is wait for them to get bigger so they can handle the medium.
The canna terra pro plus is a near barren medium and I think that's what you intended to get.
Thank you man
I guess I messed up
As I transplanted them today
And added some tea :(
With some N and magnesium

I'd transplant those asap. They can only grow as big as the roots allow them to and the roots will only grow as much as you allow them to. When I have plants in smaller pots, I only leave them in there for about one week.

Edit* I can always tell if I've been too lazy and waited too long to transplant when I pull them out of the pots and the roots just aren't fully white and fuzzy anymore. At that point even after I transplant them, they take a good week to recover.
Transplanted them today to a bigger
Container ( slightly bigger and yes roots were struggling in those half bottles )
Thank you man ordered 7 gallon pots too will re transplant them all in 1 or 2 weeks

They should be okay. May struggle a little but weed is usually forgiving, its a weed.
Wait for it to get a little bigger and let roots develop, if it doesn't get better in a week or two, either come here again... .
or scrap and start over as it is likely an issue with setup, such as soil compaction. In that case, add an aerator. The cheap organic aerators that I can think of of the top of my head are rice hulls and straw. Lava rocks or perlite also work.

been reading this thread. you guys are great. I love the SCROG idea. that seems legit.. I am not defoliating or lollipoping... my soil science professor said the leafs are important. I am trying to hit the bottom nodes with some waterproof LED lights. wish I would have trained them better in veg but oh well. here I am week three flowering. I always PH and check EC, that is how we grow at the agriculture college I am at. actually, according to the doctors here, any professional nursery in CA PHs soil and runs EC tests. glad I'm doing it. keeping my microorganisms alive . I also add them ... I use Great White. I will let you guys know what I yield not scrogging to defoliating. this strain is The White from dark heart nursery. vegged for two weeks. I'm also growing Wifi, PK, and Green Crack. the PK from dark heart too, the others are from friends... oh ya and I have panels they are in the corner there ... reflective paper... also, I don't know how a grower could look at those giant fan leafs and think gee maybe I should cut them... cruel man

I run the CO2 at 1200+ the white table has two 1000 HPS ant two 300 watt Mars hydro LED... and some goofy water proof LEDs I found from China... well all the shit is made in China but those lights actually say from China on the title label.... anyways, I feel like you guys should add panels and LED lights to grow bottom nodes. I am going to try SCROG someday , but I love being able to take each plant down and stare at her and rotate.... SCROG seems so restrictive but practical

Photoperiod stains flower when put under 12/12, I flower mine with way less than 3 weeks of veg normally. Yeah, maybe if you're doing flood and drain you can go with smaller roots. But pretty much every other hydro system produces explosive root growth very fast. I've honestly never seen someone try dwc in a tiny bucket. My point is, if you aren't planning on flowering in the small pot. Then you're best off transplanting when the roots have filled the pot, which was probably over a week ago.
Peace, J bleezy

Understood that
:(
My first grow
I can tell you I learned
My mistake

Received my 26l / 7gallon dirt pots today
Will give them 2 weeks in those bigger
bottles then move them to the dirt pots
In 2 weeks
The amnesia will be 6weeks since I put the seeds in the ground
And the power flower 4 weeks
But they look small I think I will veg them all another month

What do you guys think
I am aiming for 10 ounces
Out of each strain ( 5 plants each )

I think it best not to set expectations too high you only set yourself up for disappointment.

Be happy with what you get and learn from it, better lighting, bigger pots, train your plants etc....it makes you better for the next run. Good luck Happy growing!

You aren't going to pull the numbers you think.

Can we get a current pic?

Your day 21 pics look like a 1 week old seedling.

No disrespect. I don't think these plants are going to finish.

I have 5 internodes
Was told to keep the led close to avoid stretch with the amnesia haze as they get really high

You scaring me now

Kool. If you get another light and a 4in inline fan. Then you will get to your goal.

And stop feeding them. Deplete the nutes in the soil. And then feed them. And remember it takes a week to see results of nutes in soil. Meaning if you water with nutes it will take a week to see if it helped or hendered growth.

Edit... Well 3-7 days depending on how often the soil dries out.

Those look way better. A little heat stress but they look very healthy.

I stand corrected. But you are going to have to train and veg for awhile but your goal can be achieved.
I did top them on the 5 th node
And I had root bound
Also the power flower is smaller but
It 's only 2 week younger
I think in 2 weeks both strains will be the same size
