Holy Bagseed!

IMG00100-20110104-1022.jpgIMG00103-20110106-0958.jpgalright, i tossed a seed in the dirt and in 17 days its on it's on it's 5th set of leaves and it's turning into quite the thick bush. It seems to be indica dominant, but not as dominant as my other grows. im charging the battery to my camera so i'll post up some pictures later, i just want to keep this plant at or below 4 foot.
the leaves started to twist, but no discoloration, deep green in color. my remedy, even though it was a small plant, was to add a little nutes to the water and it took the problem away, now the plant shows absolutely no problems and everything looks to be wonderful.:leaf:
here are some shitty cell phone pics. The first picture is from 1/5. the second 1/6. for some reason this thing is growing faster than hell, and i love it!

That is some GREAT growth in 17 days my Brother. Subbed and along for the ride. What kinda light set up you got goin on there? How about some more info on your setup etc...

I have something similar going but I was cursed with a Sativa dominant plant. That evil bitch is trying to take over my closet. I've already topped her, bent her, whipped her, called her bad names, and even spanked her. To no avail. She is going to do her thing. I named her SBS - Scary Bitch Sativa - I'm not complaining mind you.. .well not much anyway.. I'm enjoying every second of it. The problem is that my short bushier indica dominant plant is being crowded out. I have a 400 w HPS system ordered but for some reason I can't get the company to ship it or return my calls. I've ordered from them before without a single hitch. I have no idea what's going on there.

Anyway, good luck with the grow. :D

hey thanks guys, my set up consists of an aerogarden deluxe but again, not the aero part im just using the light fixture from it, so i have that 3 26w, and 1 100w cfl bulbs. it's in 1 gallon of soil. not sure exactly what the soil mixture is. its on 17/7 light schedule. there is a fan circulating air, its not in a box just out in the open with a yield street sign for reflection haha. the only nutes im using right now is Floranova Grow.

another side note, my other plants stunk.. but this one is making my room stink already lol idk if thats normal at this stage in the game. and im not much of a scientist when it comes to this, ive had some good grows before, but i kinda just go for it. my bad if i dont have all the info you guys want. ill snap some pics of my set up tonight. and yeah Carne, back in the day i did a bagseed with a sativa that came out of it and had the exact same problem.

Yes & good luck! I've had a few who stunk in veg. I've had a few males who stunk big time & made great Daddies....;-)

I would not have said that. If you have luck like me, you wont get another good female for quite some time lol specially with bagseed.

another question guys! hope you can help me out. as of now all my grows have been strictly CFL. My buddy says tonight i can go scoop his 150 watt HPS. Im going to get it a little later. Would it hurt the plant to give it the HPS in addition to the CFL tomorrow at 18 days old? also ive never used HPS, how far should i set a 150w bulb away from my little baby?

That Sativa I was telling you about was really smelly. Even in Veg. I hadn't realized until my nephew knocked on my door and said I needed to do something about the smell. They could smell it outside. It's a legal grow mind you but the police around here are all Rambo wannabes. Booyah!!! Anyway, I purchased some ONA and that took care of the smell problem.

hey guys sorry for the pause in updates, i have to get some more pictures up.. this plant is growing phenomenal. I picked up some ONA in the local hydro shop around here and i have to say, Damn. i dont smell any green anymore, just a fresh scent. I got a 150w hps now with 5 cfl's. Ill get a picture up but i spotted some preflowers, they are sooo small still and hard to tell if male or female. they are all pear/tear drop shaped but no hairs comming out yet. im kinda buggin hoping soon i will see some white hairs and be relieved.
