ar5e yopu saying i am over watering as i have only waterd every 3 days how can i fix this
That is certainly what it looks like to me. The curled over leaves like that is the most logical explanation and just from your pictures I can tell how wet that rockwool is. Stop watering them altogether for a while. You would be surprised. That rockwool could feel bone dry to you and they would still be happy as could be. Let it dry to the point where you are getting worried it's too dry and then just water A LITTLE. Like 1 oz of water each...no more.

If you're soaking those cubes to wick up water, that is way too much water. Top water 1 oz and only when they are bone dry. Once they get a little older then you can do whatever you want...it's much more forgiving.

Listen to the others about overwatering...your plants have virtually no root system and don't need water every three days...you're killing (drowning) them...over care at this stage is a death sentence...they will tell YOU when they need water and currently you're forcing water on them that they don't need...stop all watering and create some evaporation...listen to what these people are telling you...g/l

I'm not sure how much heat (or lack thereof) a 250 generates. Maybe if you bring it lower it will help to evaporate some of the moisture in the rockwool. You definitely don't want the light right on top of the seedlings because you will burn them. Use your best judgement. Once they get 2 or 3 sets of their real leaves you can get the light pretty close. General rule is put your hand under the light at the same level as the tops of your plants. Once your hand feels pretty warm from the light, back the light up an inch or two. Seems to work good for me and I've never burnt em.

listen to wot he is saying simply because he is spot on and the bit about top watering in particular that way its easy to judge and the plant then get it direct the water will seep to the bottom and your roots will follow.....
