Newbie here first ever grow long time toker lol. Right now i find myself like a mother who has just given birth and hovvering over my babies like so .... just would like to know what people think of my babies and if they think the are okasy. As i have a few concerns are they to small , how do you caulate the age is it form germination or form breaking the surface.
A litlle info germated paper towel methos
but into rockwall cube as soon as taproot poped out facing up( cubes pre soaked p.h 5.7
they are in the main cube from get go as they are auto's and i believe they don't like to be transpalnted
they are under T5 4 TUBE 6500K TEMP IS 28oc RH 40%
they seem small i dunno have a look please any help will be apprectiated oh light period 24/24 to start will get a MH ligh soon and drop to 18/6 also it's not leting me upload pics dunno why

Here you go guys ........ how do you age you're plants is it from germination or when she sprouts out of the cube? as mine seem abit small and i'm a little worried also they are autos so should'nt they be growing faster?/ thanks

Do not let them soak in them big ass sponges... looks like a lot of moisture for them lil things...

what do think is wrong guys also i have to as they are autos and they dont like transplanting also they showed there root yesterday so would be in these by now anyways ..... thankas tho as for strain one free seed silver haze other 3 AK-49 ALL AUTOS DONT YOU THINK THEY ARE TO SMAKLL FOR A WEEK OLD

They look fine to me. In my experience autos pop up above the soil or in your case rockwool, put out that lil set of leaves and start working on a root system. When it has a lil root system underground that sucker will take off. Chill out and you will see, the more you look at them or the more you stress the slower they will go or at least it'll seem that way.

cherrs guys so the droopiness is fine thats a relife just want to make sure i ant killing them or nothing like good good also just watering every 3 days leting the rockwall whick it up then a little shake and back under the light my metal hailde should be here 2mo how far should i keep it away from the tops thanks you have all been so much help aka first grow stressy grow lol need to just relax i think

Hold your hand under the light as close as you can for 10 second when u reach a hight where u can hold for 10second without it being uncomfortable then u have found your height....

only water when the top inch or so is dry but moist just under it...but u should already no that...

They are dropping because of to much water let the cubes dry out in between watering!

i dunno thats what i have been doing every 3 days i will leave it four days and see but logtic would say if i was they would all be like it when it's only one i think it just might be the way it's growing but hard to terll as i have never grown before thanks for the im put guys will see what happens over the next few days if it is over watering it should get better as the days go on and the cube gets dryer

worried mother here seems to be geting wrose and now another plant is doing the same confused as you can see from tone of the pic perfect temp and humidity iof you're in the USA etc we use degrees celsius... thoughts guys thanks

Rockwool is too wet. Stop watering them and try and get moisture out. Dehumidifiers...higher temps...something to get the evaporation going. Even if you do nothing, they will probably be fine. Just stop watering them so aggressively.
