Also boss, if you don't have to clear out you flowering space right now, you should harvest in sections.
You can take the top colas and let the lower half of the plant stay for another week. I did that with my 3rd harvest, which was a bigger Bubblicious that I vegged. The lower buds certainly got more frosty. As for the size I can't really say honestly, but the density for sure was effected. My homie said he really noticed a difference in the very bottom dwelling buds for sure..I can say i did too.

But that something else for you to experiment with and go ahead and get that in on your first run.
Only reason I didn't do it with the last run is because my plants were all main colas, which they'll remain going forward.

Just some food for thought bro

I was reading back a bit to where you said you were thinking of staggering the cropping. If i were you and there were more than one ready at once, id take as many as i could at once. It just saves having to clean up three times and hang three times and blablabla. Ya know what i mean. Thats why people run their limit all at once instead of throwing in one every week. Cause then ya gotta trim every week instead of once. :):):)

Yeah, I can imaging the trimming could be a pain in the ass, but a perpetual grow is what I'm working towards I want to be able to pluck a plant or two every month, that's my aim, so I will be cropping on the regular.

The two OG's I may crop the larger cola's first and let the lower stems get an extra week to better mature, So I will end up with a better overall crop from them.

My Silver Haze is a Sativa dominant strain, so could probably do with an extra week after the first OG crop.

So yeah man, looks like I'm about to become an expert Barber.

Yeah man, because I'm aiming for a perpetual garden right now, I'm gonna be harvesting in sections for a considerable time it seems.

The new plants are going in one by one and will be upgraded to their final pot when one mature plant comes out.

I like having a garden where I can see different stages of development.

Just seeing the 8 week old youngster Silver Haze 2 in there makes me smile.

Then she's got a Presidential OG coming up behind her, Clone 2 coming up behind her and 2 OG Kush's coming up behind them ;-)

Its gonna be a busy habitat with new neighbors coming in on the regular.

Kinda like a happy village.

Lol man, if thats your plan, so be it lol i figured i could save ya a couple hours in the long run. Im a pretty busy guy so for me one harvest, one ppm and mix for feeding, and one hash run works for me to save time. I grow mine a bit bigger than you guys though so i have smoke for a little longer off of one plant. :):):) how much longer now for you herb man? Got a date picked out for any of them?

I hear you man, there are not enough hours in the day.

Big or small I like a frequent harvest, a new strain to look forward to every month, the program has begun, I'm looking forward to it :joint:

1 OG and the Silver Haze look totally ready, so it could be a matter of days for them, the other OG looks like it might still be finishing off that might go the whole week.

The trichomes are mainly cloudy, with the remainder clear and a couple of random amber.

So they can safely go another week, just gonna watch em, before I chop um.

But they are ready, even the lower stems look like they've had icing sugar thrown all over them.

Yeah, I was gonna buy a vegging tent but I couldn’t find the exact size that I wanted, so I made one instead, at a fraction of the price ;-)

Very satisfying when you make sh*t yourself.

Greetings Since.

You starting a new thread?

I've said it before I'll say it again, you're putting in some serious work, only good things will come of such a work ethic.

Yep, it's a lot of work getting the thread up, keeping it regularly updated and keeping it on the straight and narrow, so readers don't get taken on too many tangents.

But it has been very rewarding seeing the progress both in the plants development and my own.

Most definitely hit me up with a link, pre subbed, lol.

Been kinda busy round these parts too ;-)

Yessir I'll be starting a new one as soon as I get these girls outta these solo cups and into the 1gal bags.
Probably got another week to week and a half to wait for that moment tho.
And thanks for the props boss! I LOVE THIS SHIT and I wanna master it man! In due time I will no doubt!
And I did hit you with the collection of books already tho right?!

And yeahh my last grow thread is kinda a pain now bcuz it's soo damn BIG. I'd rather keep it a little more organize and streamline the next time around..
The straight and narrow I missed by a MILE lol!

But I'll hit you up for sure tho. Gonna be a 10 plant run and they'll veg under the 400w T5VHO and finish under 600w HPS this time.
And it sucks to not be able to talk about this out in the open with ppl for sure, but RIU makes it possible to keep your mouth shut and still share with ppl in the same boat, with as much to lose ya know?!

And being busy is a good thing boss. Theres always work to be done! So do work son! :joint:
