thanks for the advice
ill update when i harvest
on another note...
I have done hours of research on seeds and their providers but I wanted to check with everyone on here before I made any decisions/purchases. I'm only gonna buy strictly feminized seeds but I'm planning on a varitety as well. What has worked best for everyone out there? I'd like to get three kinds: one thats purple, one with big yield, and another with high THC content.... I'm not that picky though and I'll take anyones opinion. I'm trying to get some great variety along with excellent quality. Any and all advice, links, etc. would be really appreciated. Thanks and happy blazin to all.

i dunno man, you really think so?
those pics were from friday
today, (67 days flowering), the main cola is 95% amber, dark, and the leaves are yellowing and curling because i have been flushing for the past week and a half
the lower half of the plant is around 50-60 amber as well
its been in the dark for the past day and night and i am planning on harvesting tomorrow?
why do u think i need to go so much longer?
please let me know what you (johnnyt) and everyone else thinks?

yo georgethecat, dunno if ya chopped her cola yet but i heard from couple hightimes that blackstrap molasses during last stages/flush makes tastey and phatty nuggets (try this idea with lower nuggets when time comes). OH YEAH, dont forget about the 36 HOURS of COMPLETE DARKNESS....this addes some serious frost to those last nuggets. g'luck
PUFF PUFF PASS!

yo arch
just cut down the main colas and some of the larger branches, had a damn good time
its a great feeling
im gonna let the lower branches sit in the light for another day or 2, then back in the dark for a day then choppin down the rest
is it worth tryin the molasses now?
i attached some more pics for everyones viewing pleasure
enjoy and let me know whatcha think :blsmoke:

looks like more stem than bud. go with a 1000 watt HPS next time. when i was using a 600watt HPS i had it about 8-10 inches from the top. you wouldve had a much better harvest if you wouldve lowered that bitch. next time though. lates.

johnny, when the light was lower it seemed to burn the tops
so to avoid that problem i just raised it...bad idea?
all else is taken care of, jar curing starting now
thanks for all the help
round two soon to begin...

yeah i figured out my 400 hps wasnt nearly enough lumens needed to really rock the plant
rookie mistake
but hey you live and you learn and i wont b making the same mistake next time
its some good smoke fer show though

I'm kind of surprised that you weren't able to get fat buds with a 400w hps. I mean HPS is supposed to give the best quality of buds, and a 400w isnt the biggest size, but its still sufficent for some good buds. I guess the ventilation could have been an issue on keepin the temps down, idk but a 400w'er should do the job
