I don't know exactly what's wrong, but my guess is too much of either phosphorus or potassium. I think if I were you, I'd transplant to 5 gallons of happy frog and never add anything else, unless I was certain it was necessary. this really doesn't look like too much N, but I really don't think it's a deficiency because those soils have fert and you've given more. If it's is a def it's probably a micro nute like boron or zinc, but I really don't know. you really don't need much else with those soils. try just happy frog and water, and see how it does. make sure there are drain holes at the bottom of the container, water all the way to run off and let soil dry out quite a bit before you water again.
