Help me- Help FDD

Shit that sucks FDD got pinched! I didn't have a problem with him, kinda liked him! Why not give us some info to help his ass out? I would send money down to help, can't send a ton but if eveyone helps it could make a difference. I seriously doubt FDD would care if people knew a place to send money to him if we knew his real name! Not like he is going to be growing anytime soon!

I fucking hate this country! Here is a guy that helped out tons of fucking people on this website, went out of his way most of the time! So what if he grew some plants in his back yard! Fucking fed's you got nothing better to do with your time? Our country is running into the fucking ground and they are busy watching FDD! God damn we are such a fucked up country with our heads up our ass! It's times like this and when I watch the news that it truely makes me sick to my stomach to be an American!

Because I know FDD's name and also how to look people up on criminal information systems... his status changed to "Released... out of custody", as of 1/31/2012.

This is all available to the public, you just need to know who you're looking for.

Well, I don't believe fdd has been released. His wife has not heard from him since Monday morning, so she thinks they moved him to Illinois. He was calling at least once a day, so whatever happened the pigs are keeping him from calling her.

If his court appearances are in Illinois, it will cost a whole lot more for travel expenses, etc.

Strange rollitup... this is what I am seeing out of Alameda jail:

Custody Status: Out of Custody
Date: 1/31/2012
Reason:General release


And I am finding no results for him in Illinois criminal system.



Edit: A quick search as to what a General Release could mean and it looks like you may be right Rollitup... well damn, that's a major bummer.

Sounds like he was released from Alameda, but taken to Illinois. Not good

Yeah that's not a good situation. He should have been given an attorney by now if he can't afford one. I know free attorneys blow but it's better than nothing if our government is flying you around the country giving you a tour of their waterboarding hangouts...

When you're a federal prisoner or detainee, you are not a ward of any state, but rather a US federal detainee, which is susceptible to any federal detention facilities, be it in Cali, Illinois, Guam, Puerto Rico.... Fed prisons are all over. They even have county jail space in a lot of jails. My old town had 1/2 the jail as federal detainees.

The feds will bounce you around from detention facility to detention facility.

Earlier in this thread it was said fade mailed something to someone in Ill. That someone was caught and ratted fade so it sounds like there will be some interstate trafficking charges using the post office..........

I think the feds really really dislike it when you do that.

Yup...probably the worst thing you can do weed wise in the eyes of the feds...(aside from growing a massive crop)

I never knew FDD that well but I really hope everything works out for him. Nobody should be imprisoned for a plant
