Heat stress?

Would a low PH like in the 4 range for a short time do this? Changed my res Sunday and PH was fine initially but then found it way low later that day. That said it's been around 6.0 since Sunday and these leaves just started to show yesterday

Just looking there again at your pic...if you using ro water you need cal-mag added to your rez..i might be wrong put it looks like calcium-mg deficency to me..where on the plant did it start to happen first..scarecrow77

Tap water(which I've been using since the start) and PPM were about 1200 this AM. I'll get some pics later of some other plants. This just started in the last couple days too.

That's what I'm trying to find out!

I posted some pics last weekend on SS1's thread and you can see things were great then!

Well it looks like a nutrient problem. Lack of N or mag. But you are using tap water as well. Chlorine is not a good plant food. Let water sit out a day or two before use. I would guess you are not checking PH often. If off it will lock your plant out. But a day or two will not do that.

Good tip for hydro ..ph goes up ec goes down ..you need to feed more ....ph goes down ec goes up ...your feeding to much ...you ideally want them to be using equal amounts of food and water ...hope this helps..scarecrow77

Just started 6th week in flower and I've semi scrod's em. If they weren't under a screen, I'd guess 25-30" or so

I was having issue with the PH creeping up over 6.1 but it seemed to have stabilized over the last couple weeks and I have checked that daily.

Do you add the ppms of your tap water to your ppms of feeding ..if not you could be given them to much ...hydro can be a pain in the balls if things start sliding ..im just trying to solve your problem ..its buggin me..lol...scarcrow77

my water is about 160ppm from the tap. I've been following SS1's nute recipe and so ya know, this is on a aeroponics rail system.

Yes it would and will.

I have done it too, my Ph dropped to 3.8 while I was absent on business. My leaves looked the same way. I lowered EC and raised ph to 6.0 and after a few days they came back, the damage is permanent though. You have to watch the new growth to monitor progression.

Well, I was talking a few hrs not a couple days or something that my PH dropped. That said, these leaves are still turning and my PH has been fine for a week.
