Heat stress?

Well it looks like a nutrient problem. Lack of N or mag. But you are using tap water as well. Chlorine is not a good plant food. Let water sit out a day or two before use. I would guess you are not checking PH often. If off it will lock your plant out. But a day or two will not do that.
I have used city tap water with chlorine straight into my RES's for years. There is not anywhere near enough to cause a problem and just the thought of having hundreds of gallons sitting out just taking space is ridiculous.

fyi - cal/mag deficient plants will appear to have rusty veins and red leaf stems.
what you have is not that, it's something else that is burning your leaves.

Heat stress is when the plants curls and suck too much water.

ok, I think I figured out what they didn't like. Right around this time I started shaking my nutes before mixing things up. Why? Cause I was reading the back of one for some reason and it said to. Fast forward to the next round and I was having the same problem during veg then it hit me. Using Botnicare and if I shake the Cal-mag, there's quite a lot of sediment. So last week I quit shaking. Low and behold, vegging is taking off like it did the first round.
