i hate them too, and get the ones that make me puke once in awhile, but thankfully, haven't had one of those in quite a bit.. but still get the occasional head ache a few times a week..
on the bright side, i've read that the use of mushrooms may be a treatment in some cluster headaches sufferers..

Wow my mom used to get some real bad headaches she even admitted she almost committed suicide because of the headaches. What causes them?

i am not sure, but i think it has something to do with the head hurting... :hump:

but seriously, i think it depends on the person.. some people are more likely to get them from light, sounds, differing pressures in the atmosphere, like when a storm is coming.. i tend to get them a lot when it's going to rain lately..

yesterday ran out of coffee = headache
yeah, years ago, i was in this crazy rehab, and if you were "bad", one of the punishments was the coffee, tea, soda ban.. i wasn't drinking soda to begin with as i didn't have any cash on me atm, and i'm not a big coffee drinker to begin with, and the only thing left was iced tea at lunch and dinner, and holy hell, i'd get wicked headaches from no caffeine..

After my accident I've been left with daily headaches. I can't even count how many times I've thought about putting a bullet in my head, luckily there has only been a few times when it gets to the point that I actually need to get some help. Shrooms definitely helped, didn't break the headache cycle, but showed me the beauty in life, helps break the depression.

My father in law claims to have never suffered a headache. Says he couldn't imagine his head hurting, and asks me to tell him what it feels like. Lucky SOB...headaches blow.

I dont know what really causes my headaches....I do squint alot .....my sexy blue eyes...... sensitive....
yeah, me too.. i'm sure if i were to head out to a festival or w/e, i'd find shrooms and e and w/e else may float my boat.. i'm just not really into the big crowd thing anymore, and spend more and more time sans people..
Im sure if I travel to Manitou Springs and ask the hippie guitar player..he'd know

I get them bad. I see spots and throw up. Smells is what gets me. Certain chemicals or perfumes will bust my head wide open.

I have a theory that mine are from braces. I had some serious dental work done. It occurred to me after noticing that a lot of people that wore braces I talked to mentioned having headaches.

Then again I've had a few concussions to.

I used to get migraines in my 20s, and they were REALLY bad. They'd start out with seeing a dark spot in one eye, like the kind you get when you see a bright flash. That spot would get bigger until I couldn't see out of that eye at all. I knew I had about 15-20 minutes to get somewhere safe. When my vision came back in that eye, the pain would set in like a knife. I would take a big handful of whatever pain reliever was around, and start drinking liquor. Nothing helped, I'd sometimes pass out from the liquor only to be woken by the intense pain. I'd just whimper in a ball until it subsided, maybe a couple of hours. Those scared the shit out of me. Up until a month ago, I'd get a slight headache every other day, sometimes I'd wake up with a bad one. I started taking mega doses of vitamin supplements because of a new eating and workout plan, and I haven't had one since. I don't know if the vitamins are the reason, but it's the only difference I can put my finger on (I was getting them on the new plan without taking the vitamins). Fingers crossed that they don't come back...

Its weird you say that. My dad had headaches in his 20's then they went away. Mine were worse in my 20's. I haven't had a bad one in a while. I was kind of hoping the same thing, they were hopefully gone.

Ive been going through the headache nightmare for about 4 yrs now. I get what my dr calls thunderclap headaches. They come on out of nowhere and can last 3-4days. I am in so much pain most of the time my eyes water and i throw up all the time. After countless tests, scans and xrays i was told i have a chiari malfunction. Basically too much brain matter growth relative to skull growth. So when the body sends blood to the brain there is no room for water n air to move out of the way. Caught bubbles equals tons of pain.
I havent tried shrooms in 15 yrs but i know sure as shit that percs and mj dont help it at all.

Ive been curious about trying one of those shroom kits i see online. Anyone tried those?
