Harvesting in stages & flushing/dark phases

Hey Guys - if I were to try harvesting in phases, like the first half of the plant to allow more light time for the bottom, how would I go about doing a flush and doing a 2-3 day dark cycle? Would that even be possible? Or would the remaining bottom half of the plant be able to make it through the stress? Im assuming you cant do a flush or provide dark time to boost tricombs for the top half of the plant if you were to harvest in stages but I wanted the pros advice haha

Don’t flush, just back feed off a bit if you want, no point of dark, just stager the harvest and ignore the bro science.

My take would be to not flush or worry at all. But if you are asking HOW to do it, I would simply give water only for about a week before the first harvest and then feed again after. It's a long old annoying debate about flushing.

Hydro can have issues with harvest quality but that is a growing issue (imo) , not a flush or not flush issue. Overfeed start to finish and pick it early you can create some harsh nasty sxxx... Other than that hydro is great, and can surpass organic (imo).
