Also cure in GLASS airtight containers NOT plastic containers. That one person said it the best about not rushing it. I know you want to go on and smoke it but it won't be the same as it would be if you cured it in a nice temp over a period of at least two weeks and opening the jar lid daily for just a short period (15 mins or so at most) then closing it tight again. There are many ways to cure it if you want to cure it faster. Randy Rocket and Al B Fuct have dryer set ups they use but check online. It's all over. The main thing is don't rush it and use GLASS jars. You can get a dozen WIDE MOUTH mason jars at Walmart for @ $10. When you open it to let in air also shake the jar up a bit so the bottom buds move around. I'm no expert on this but I do know what I said is correct. LOL

so that guy is saying my strain is grass or crap because when i trimmed it....it smelled like grass but alot of people were saying thats green smell is the clorafil or w,e leaving the plant...they told me dry it for a few days then cure it and the smell will go away but now people are saying its just a shit strain and garbage thats why it smells like that...

o i also didnt cut it down yet i went and put 2 square red led panels i bought off of ebay over top of them to see if it will big up the process and make them more stronger and bigger....so havent cut them down yet but its been about 3 and a half months...

CURE CURE CURE. if all else fails.. dip ur outdoor in formaldehyde and spray blueberry scent on it and sell it as blueberry skunk

a lot of posts on this thread have already advised you what to do: CURE IN A GLASS JAR!!! No two ways around it IMO.

Even if you don't have a mason jar, just clean out any kind of air-tight glass container. You can use empty jam/peanut butter containers, Snapple bottles, etc.

The longer the cure the better the smell and taste to your buds.

Curing gets rid of the chlorphyl in your buds thats what gives it the grassy hay smell. Now after drying your buds properly put the buds in an ainrtight glass jar. Every day open up the jar for 20 mins to allow fresh air in the jar and buds. Keep doing this for a week and then leave the buds in the jar for 3 weeks minimum. You can leave it longer if u want and the longer u leave it the better the smell gets. Just keep the jars in the dark as the light can kill off some of the thc.

A lot of people cant wait to cure there buds, if you can you will notice the difference nice smooth tasting buds. Instead of a harsh grassy tasting smoke.
