Grow Setup Round 2

I started off with a PC grow, which was a learning experience, but it is time for the real deal. After much deliberation this is what I have planned for my current setup. I am looking to have a stealth setup in my room that will provide at least a quarter pound per harvest. Opinions, advice, and comments are appreciated.

For the Grow Room:

I want to use this cabinet as a combo veg and flowering room using a shelf to separate the two areas. It is 72 in high x 20 in deep x 30 in wide. I may expand eventually to two units one for veg and one for flower.

Lighting:

For veg I will use CFL tubes fixtures. I have yet to decide on a desired wattage. Off the top of my head probably 150W total (actual not equivalent)

For flower I was thinking 250W HPS, If you believe it to be too much say so. I will be using the ScrOG method in a hydro setup. Opinions on this product, seems like a very reasonable price.

For grow method:

I am growing hydroponic DWC. I have a decent amount of experience growing vegetables and have had exceptional luck. I have yet to decide on reservoir size. Shooting for 7 gal for each tank (colored plastic storage bin). Two plants per bin should allow me to do a ScrOG screen 20in x 30in. If you believe otherwise say so.

Venting:

My biggest priority is sound! I want something that is extremely quiet. I am contemplating using 1 or 2 large pc fans with carbon filters. Using the plastic cabinet will not insulate like wood or other materials, which will reduce temps. Keeping temps @ 80-90F has been difficult for me in my PC box.

Thanks for reading!

even with just a 250 hps you will have Temp problems get as much cool air into the box as you can ,unless your in a cold climate for summer >

i think also you will have issues with heat with that open shield on that 250 hps. Could try a diy cool tube and throw a small fan on there. As for CFM fan size its hard to say. I always say buy bigger to begin with so if you expand you will be all set to begin with and you can throw a fan controller on it and not use it to its full power and have extra umph if you need it
