GROW CUPBOARD HEAT ISSUES

Hi guys was just wondering if anyone knows of any way to get the temperature down in the grow room I'm using a 600 watt hps in a 3x3x7ft space I've got a 6" rvk 150L and a ram 6" ram clip on fan and a 4" fan but Temps are hitting 29 - 30 ++++ any one got any ideas

i have 600 hps in 3x4x7 and have an aircooled reflector for it. temps are 78 to 80 lights on.

I've just took the ballast out as it was very hot I was holding 27.4c then I noticed that the ballast was hot so do u think this will help with Temps

were are you venting the heat too is it vent outside or direct into room were growbox is you need to vent it outside and pull fresh air in from outside to cool more and use a cool tube connected to your ducting to blow the heat away and out the ducting i use one and find then very usefull and you can get light close to plants 2

It's going in to the loft and the intake was a breather tile on the roof but the hps lit the tile up lol will putting the ballast out side of the room help?

Do you have a contained cabinet or room within your loft or is it the entire loft? What I did with my grow room was to install a small extractor fan (for a bathroom)... only I flipped it 180° so that it pulled cool fresh air in from outside (instead of extracting air)... using this kind of fan allowed me to add an exhaust to it and feed the exhaust out a window... you could do something similar in your loft but feed the exhaust to the edge of the loft where you should see venting from the roof around the outside. That way you'll be able to pull in fresh air from outside. Alternatively, just feed the exhaust through your breather tile if you can. Additionally, if you then have a separate vent in the grow room, having this fan installed should naturally push the stale air out of the room. This will also help any new plants gain thicker stems as there will be a constant air flow over the stems.

I will put up a picture soon just trying it with the ballast out side the cupboard At the moment it's a 3" breather I've gt a 6" fan lol I was using the tile as a in take but the hps lit up the roof tile pmsl

Is the light close / far away enough it's a 600 watt hps
