Running your LED dimmed will extend the life of the components and the lights will run a lot cooler. So option 3 is the go imo.

No worries mate, it's what this sites for.

I don't own any migro lights, got lots of others, but one of the things I like about him is he's genuinely trying to cater for the specific common sizes we use, 2x2, 2x4, 4x4 (ft)ect

Not many light manufacturers catering for the oblong grow spaces.
Yeah get you mate light will be spread out better with that option, but yeah its hard to find something for such a small space haha

i repeat the mars hydro sp3000 is perfect for your space, and i have tried it, its a beast of a light
here is proof;

the light is specificly designed for a 2x4 so 60 x 120cm perfect for your space, the sides get more light because of the 120 beam so you would have very very good coverage at 0.8x1.2 and it has dimming, meanwell driver, good thermals
Samsung LM301B and Osram chips and the migro has Samsung LM281B
and it has a amazing ppfd map in a 2x4
just look this;

its a beast

here is from official mars site,
Unmatched Efficiency LED Grow Lights
Equipped with 960 Samsung LM301B diodes and a power input of 300w, the SP3000 outshines traditional HPS lights by saving 25% of electrical power while increasing light intensity by a staggering 30%. This means you can achieve exceptional results while optimizing energy consumption.
Leading Efficacy and Superior Penetration
With an impressive total output of 824umol/S PPF, the SP3000 sets the industry standard with its leading efficacy of 2.8 umol/j. The light penetration capabilities of this grow light are unparalleled, extending light deep into the base of your plants. This ensures optimal growth and allows you to achieve remarkable yields of up to 2.5 g/w on average, without the risk of burning the growing heads of high-wire crops and tall plants.
Abundant Red Light In The Spectrum
The SP3000 features a substantial red light in its full spectrum design, enriched with 660nm dark red light. This unique combination stimulates flower formation and promotes dense bud development, allowing your flowers and buds to thrive and flourish. Among Mars Hydro LED grow lights, the SP3000 boasts the highest ratio of red light, ensuring exceptional results for your indoor garden

Spiderfsrmer had a sale on last the g4500 hundred
Wouldnt pointed you that way but it went from 250 to a wopping 390 in a week
A 4 inch fan works well if you put a 600 in there
You wouldn't fit a parabolic reflecter in their thats what I would use with a hps lamp
