hey you still doing 12 12 from seed?
It is still a tool in my arsenal, but for the most part, no, I do not. I have a separate veg area where I stage plants and allow them to grow before putting them in the flower room. I have a project in mind for a huge scrog, and if I get that going, I will probably return to 12/12fs in the main flower room while the scrog is growing, but in general, that's not my chosen method.

Thanks for stopping by! Yes, my experience so far is that Diesel stretches a LOT and Kush doesn't stretch hardly at all... these are good things to know when planning your veg stages, eh?

Anyway, glad to have you aboard, share some pics of your grow if you'd like!

Hey blue, got your message. As you know because I am typing this I did make it on to RIU today. I seen your latest pics and I am very impressed. And that White Poision is awesome. I am a HUGE white widow fan so naturally I have wanted to try White Posion for awhile. Could never get any seeds or a cut or anything. Yours looks dynamite. I Hope it takes some of the Widow traits like being covered in Trichomes and it looks like the plant is frosted with snow. Be nice to have some purple buds like that. I can tell already that White Poision will be featured on cannabis country sometime in the future.

So yeah I replied to your e-mail and made a little offer.

hey blue you only cut leaves if they're yellowing right?
That is correct. As long as a leaf is strong and healthy, I leave it on my plant. Toward the end, as the plant finishes up, I sometimes start taking off about 10-15% of the fan leaves each day for the last week. But that's only if the plant is really bushy.

Evening folks... well, last night Bagseed Beatrice came down and she is now on the drying rack. While she was growing, she had a strong cat piss/diesel smell (I didn't much like it). But now that she has started drying, she smells so deliciously yummily like mocha. I suddenly understand why dogs roll in things that smell good to them. I'd love to roll in this stuff. MMMMMM... and here she is.

Was that a clone sure looks like it.. By the way I definitely see what you mean with fan leaves my plant is growing really fast under 12/12 its 1.3 feet after only 3 weeks and its already starting to flower lots of pistils. totally a big difference

Nope, that one was from seed. She was a just a bagseed, but she smells so yummy! Glad your plant is growing good. Yeah, those fan leaves are like the powerhouse of the plant. It's amazing how much light they take in. Some of my best buds were not really exposed to the light, but were covered by really massive leaf spread.

You can tell the plant was from seed as the branches are opposing. As a plant gets older, the stems get staggered and are not straight across from each other anymore. If the plant was bigger, you would see the branches start to be staggered, but you can see Blue's branches are equaly opposed to each other....means it was a younger plant/seed and not a clone.

Looking really nice Blue...as always :bigjoint:
