Government Rebate Checks

GOVERNMENT REFUND CHECKS .......

The federal government is sending each and every one of us a $600 rebate.

If we spend that money at Wal-Mart, the money will go to China.

If we spend it on gasoline it will go to the Arabs.

If we purchase a computer it will go to India.

If we purchase fruit and vegetables it will go to Mexico, Brazil, Honduras,
and Guatemala.

If we purchase a good car it will go to Japan.

If we purchase useless crap it will go to Taiwan.

And none of it will help the American economy.

The only way to keep that money here at home is to buy: prostitutes, weed,

beer, cigarettes, whiskey, and tattoos, since these are the only products still
produced in the USA.

Thank you for your help & please support the USA.:peace:

Hey Vi, OT but I guess it was my thread anyway, but I once saw a Vi Redd playing sax at a gig with Ritchie Cole like 25 years ago so I was just wondering about your screen name, if that's where you got it...oh, and good on ya for donating to the Salvation Army.

Hot Damn!!!! After posting on pot sites for the past seven years, and meeting over 100 members of those sites in person ... YOU are the very first one to make the connection.

I'm a huge jazz fan and have been since I was a teenager. Vi Redd was one of the few female tenor players of the time ... and she was one cookin' broad. ~lol~

My avatar is actually a picture of one of Vi Redd's albums. :-P

Are you in SoCal by any chance?

Hey Vi, that's cool! I'm in norcal...we used to have a jazz festival up here years ago and that's where I got turned on to Vi...a great show with Ritchie Cole and Eddie Jefferson, and Vi Redd...somewhere I still have an ancient cassette tape that I recorded at that show, I should look for it. Anyway, there's still good local jazz but nothing like that! Lots of reggae though!
