I use root riot cubes. I have a pretty good germination percentage now.
I quit listening to all the techniques of people. I throw them in cubes and don't let cubes dry out.
Point up, point down, point sideways, doesn't matter anymore.
I still always mess with them when they first pop though, just can't help it.

life got helluva lot easier w them root riot cubes. plant seed sideways, place dome on top of T-5, wait a day or two, boom.. done.. repot. pround father of grandaddy purple gal and happy to say my m'fin Goji OG is female too, but not Purple Marty #2.Plum Nelly is all I ever needed to complete homage o' invasion of the body snatchers. made a few grams ea of grapefruit diesel and j. ripper (proper) butane honey oil. cant find my motrin or flexieril. this will ease my head, neck and back pain nicely till 13. working w water junior bong and health stone.. as a matter of fact... awAY wE go

leaves yellowing some so in 5 gallon bucket water added 1 tsp grow,2 tsp bloom,2 tsp silica blast,2 tsp lk...gotta get some molasses....never had a plant to drink like this ak 47. (course the only other strain i've grown is northern lights.lol)...have to give them at least water every night..but,these 3 gallon pots are nothin but roots..could probably have used more ocean forest/happy frog.... next crop i might go to 5 gal.....took a small bud last night. cant wait to check this shit out.. if it's a good producer might be my go to strain...hope everybody enjoys their thanksgiving..i've got people who love me that i love back,a warm place to stay and plenty of food so i'm good..

in the smartpots, i leave about 3 or 4 inches on top .every week or so i throw a few handfuls of hf/of and then water..plants get a real boost from that..learned this by accident after medium had sunk too much and i filled em to the top..now i dont fill em up til about a wk before final transplant into 3 gal pots..this way i never need to fertilize and they get a constant supply of fresh of/hf...this is in veg phase.

nice program. on my final repot, I like to leave at least a hands width as 'headroom' (avail space top of container). then w/ a large pot I can stroll up w a 5gallon bucket and quickly pour water right into the top without spillage. will consider your top-dressing w/ nutrient rich soil...

a hands width is just about what i leave in the top..sort of got this idea from a guy on another forum. he said when his plants needed nutrients he just re-potted.lol...makes a lot of sense if yer usin hf/of....startin on day 36 and buds are lookin good. if they continue this for 3 more wks i'll be happier than a witch in a broom factory. vaped a small bud last night and all i wanted to do was play guitar and laugh. my adult son asked me if i was ok?..lol...i dont usually sit around laughin for no reason...an old flattop guitar and a little ak 47 takes me to another place. vern gosdin in concert baby.....theres a closet full of dresses that i bought you. heres the keys to the new car in the drive. i dont wanna know the truth. i dont wanna see the proof. if yer gonna do me wrong,do it right!....hehehe...you fkn whore!

some right potent stuff but was all in the head. guess thats what it should be at 5 wks...taylor is a really nice guitar. i've got a $200 blueridge i bought at a pawn shop and a $200 electric i got off craigslist that i cant even rmember the name of.lol..dont care anything about it. was a waste of money

dont have any idea why these plants had no smell early on but theyre makin up for lost time..my northern lights had very little smell but this is different. has gone from ludens cough drops to a cantaloupe fragrance...the ak 47 that i have in veg are already 16 inches tall. gonna be doin some serious lst shortly.

i've got some i started from seed that are on day 42 of flowering phase plus i took cuttings before i put em in flower room and theyre 16 inches tall now. the ones from seed with no lst wound up at 35-37 inches... how many days total do you plan on lettin yers go til chop?...

I'm thinking I'll have some ready right around 60 days. 14 days left, I have 1 that might even go earlier, it's pistils are browning up fast, but I've had them shoot off a new growth of pistils too so we'll see. I have 5 different phenos it looks like, some look like they will take a little longer.

Unless you get lucky.....I got a flamed maple Jackson DKMGT w/ emg 81/85s for around $200 on ebay.
That's a sick guitar man. I bet it screams with those EMG's.. No, I know it does!
I'll give you $250 for it

The emgs aren't that bad, but I still prefer passive pickups. Some things don't sound right with active pickups, like volume swells. And I tend to solo on the neck pickup most times and I've noticed passives sound a lot better in that area too. Other than that, they're not bad sounding. Pinch harmonics are a beast with emgs. Squeal city.

Yeah they are best for harmonics and Metal.. If you play other kinds of music they probably arent the best choice.. I'd of swooped up that axe in a split second for $200 though, hell the EMG's alone are worth that.
