They didn't file a report, didn't take you in, took your number, kept your pipe and stuff... Sounds a lot like he wants to get some money out of you, or something at least. I'll tell you another thing, two minutes after you were gone, he was puffing and puffing that cop, that's what he was doing...
If he keeps it up, I would call his superior at the station and tell him all about it, no in order to look for trouble but that guy stole from you, I would even put the community hours in, just to see him get busted, or penalized.
He's got leverage... so do you my friend, just be sure to warn him about the fact that you are not willing to put up with his BS... you know and he'll let go...

Yea, thats right.. Call another cop, and incriminate yourself to him.. Reconnect yourself with the evidence they might still have handy..
Nobody has leverage at this point.. IMO the cops were just trying to work smart, not hard.. Its like a lottery ticket to them.. If its not a winner, it just gets forgotten about..
Weed smoking extortionist cops usually have pretty short careers too btw.. This is the real world, where a job is worth protecting..

My philosophy is you do the crime you take the time, but most in this game aren't big enough to understand reprocussions and would flip faster than a ninja.
A bowl and a grinder, scale? they don't want you. Here is my story: Me, an old friend(oldy) and his girl...I am driving oldies sisters red eclipse going probably 5-7 over, but the muffler was all banged out so it sounded like 90...anyway we're cruisin up the hill, all of the sudden an unmarked is behind me and hes got his buddy..so I keep going probably 200 yards into a gas station, oldy was freaking out because we just got done with a blunt, he has less than 2g and a pipe. They pull me out of the car, saying they had probable cause because of the smell, yaya..so he asks me "Who is selling the coke around here?" my response "Not a clue, I don't do drugs." he keeps trying to manipulate me into saying someones name or giving them someone to snatch. Meanwhile oldy hasn't said anything to his buddy that would incriminate us either. They confiscated everything, gave us both cards and told us when to call him back. Got back into the car, drove to our side of town, littering the cards in the road. No charges, never heard from again.

I hate narcs! I remember when me and my bro got snitched on. We both got interregated by a local drug enforcement team and Sheriff Deputies. Our house got raided and they confiscated all 12 of our pieces , luckily I was state legit and we said they were all my pieces. Our house was torn to shreds and they ended up stealing $500 I got as a graduation present from my family and 2 ounces of some top-shelf meds (I hate pigs too...) But I got off pretty easy compared to my brother. He had been on probation for possesion and was clean for almost a year so they stopped testing him and he started smoking about week before this all went down (Yeah, it was pretty dumb of him) Anyways, he popped positive and was shipped off to a group home for the next 8 months. It was pretty crappy because we had been nothing but good to that damn narc. We bought him food, let him crash at our place, smoked him out, etc. I suppose what goes around comes around though, shortly after he ended up in Juvey for freaking out on acid and yelling at people to get out of his head (he had always been kind of weird) and I heard he got his ass kicked several times in there....extremely bad. Last time I saw him he had gone overboard, he came into my work and began to beg me to forgive him and that if he didn't narc on my brother the government was going to bury him in the desert because he could read people's thoughts and the devil was possesing him...I just shook my head and told him to leave....somehow I felt karma had already gotten him back enough.
