Gorilla Glue #4 nute burn?

this is Gorilla Glue #4 43 days into 12/12 and the tips are starting to burn. i think its nute burn but wanted a second opinion before i back off the nutes, I planned on starting to flush in a week (please no arguing about flushing) 20141229_191537[1].jpg 20141229_191446[1].jpg

I'm running GG#4 this time and there taking fertilizer like a champ. Did you have any trouble in the beginning? I'm only in week 3 and things are looking great I was told there a pretty easy going strain can't wait to see the results. Yours looks kind of leafy in the photo are you impressed with the flowers? I'm looking for a solid strain to run in the greenhouse this spring something short and bushy with a short cycle my buddies have had good luck with the GG#4.

yeah they have been great with nutes up until now. I think the overdrive is what burned them up. i dont really think they are leafy at all.but the angle of that second pic makes it look a little leafy but irl it looks like it will be a breeze to trim. this is my first run with her so i havent tried the flowers but they look amazing. covered in trichs from head to toe. when i top her she bushes right out but she does stretch alot during the first few weeks of 12/12

How long is this strain variety taking you to finisb? 9-10 weeks? I cut my Calmag in half the last week before I start my flush.
this is my first run with her she is 43 days in 12/12 in the pics. the guys over at IC are fucking pros and got the glue seriously dialed in. they all chop at around 63-65 days with a few guys cutting a little earlier. i cut calmag right around the time i started flowering this run. wont be doing that again

Does show a starting Ca thing.
That's not the tips problem. Your running it close to too much,,,BUT, not bad.
Add the Ca/Mg and keep going.

Cro-magdon man say flush bad.......slowly lower nutrition as plants gets close to finish.....Why remove nutrition at most important time???? Me grow since dinosaurs walk earth....only flush modern toilet.

Your wasting your time here, I like many others have stated this over and over...Falls on deaf ears. The last two weeks of budding can be up 60% of thc production, the most crucial time for the plant to have food

Flushing is unnecessary ...running water threw roots doesn't wash away nutes in the plant just the medium... So unless you have salt build up it's something you don't need to do.

thats not really the theory behind flushing. you flush so there are not any nutes left for the plant to use so it starts to cannibalize its self over the course of a few weeks. but i didnt start this thread to have a debate over flushing so please take that discussion to one of the numerous other threads you guys have derailed by arguing about flushing. not trying to be an ass but we have all heard both sides of the flushing argument many many many times over. the shit gets old. many great growers flush and many great growers dont. so agree to disagree or gtfo

Yea I agree , people that over feed have to flush. If you just feed right and stop at the appropriate time you won't have to flush...I don't think flushing is necessary. .. that's my opinion. ..I know plenty about flushing.. you're saying the point of flushing is to correct growers mistakes... and that's the same thing I said.. The whole point of flushing is to correct grower error. You gotta start looking at it from the plants point of view.. your's is irrelevant.

great looking glue. that little burn, I kinda expect on any of my plants. tells me they are eating good.

I have 4 flower cycles growing gg#4 under my belt. I hit her kinda hard after flip. I do a 100% feed (1200ppm total) with technaflora nutes PLUS newtons apple, next watering is a 50% feed PLUS yellow label budswel (organic bat guano), then water. all overflow gets vacuumed out. apple and budswel get run from weeks 3-7. i grow FFOF soil in 4.7gal (short/fat) pots. if you can, take her to 73 days them chop. the later days you get some nice purple/pink tones and a bit more "punch in your face". every cycle ive been pulling 4+z per plant, and always rock solid dense nugs. ive got a plant with 2 mains as big or bigger than a 20oz coke bottle. and yes, ICmag for your glue info.

4.7 gal pots, FFOF soil, myco, technaflora nutes, newtons apple, budswel under 3x600hps in big kahuna hoods with consistent daily temps of 73* and 40% r/h.

ok thank you for your opinion. but i didnt ask you or anyone else anything about flushing in the op and that is my point. you just showed up here to say you dont flush and that is completely irrelevant to the op. you guys derail alot of threads talking about flushing when the thread wasn't anything about flushing. I even specifically stated please no arguing about flushing in the very first post. Many great growers flush and get huge harvests of top shelf dank and have been making a living doing so for a long time

edit: I feel like maybe i sound like an asshole but i really am not trying to. just trying to get my point across.
