Shitty Grow Store: Hydro Giant in Waterford/Pontiac on Telegraph.
Stupid kid running the counter empties his cash register and shuts down all transactions 15 minutes before closing time.
He doesn't want to be bothered when it's close to quitting time.

Oddly enough - the Hydro Giant on Haggerty in West Bloomfield is actually a decent place with competitive pricing.
I think that one may be the flagship of the chain.

If you are from the area and are still reading...
The hydro shop on Dixie Highway just west of Telegraph is pretty cool for a small shop.
I like the dog.

Its the only thing I buy in their store..I go somewhere else for everything ....I have probably experimented with 20 soils...this is best I have found...give em a call n ask em bout Ph n tell em you can move some soil for em..they cool I'm sure they work with ya.

Hydrocapital on cooper jackson mi is pretty good..maybe not always the best staff but have to hand it to them for bulb replacement policy. theyll work out a good price on setups too. just make sure you get a bulb from one of the companies they work with and it is warrantied for a year. needed a new bulb anyway, thought they might give me a discount. my lumen8 burned out after 4 months of 24 hour use. anyway they gave me brand new bulb that was even a few bucks more than the one I had, just had to show receipt.

The Ypsilanti Planning Commission has approved a special use permit for the "Aspen Gardens" medical marijuana grow operation at 75 Catherine St.

A new
medical marijuana grow facility will open this year in Ypsilanti, making it the second to operate in the city.
The planning commission unanimously approved a special use permit for the facility to be located at 75 Catherine St., which is at the intersection of Catherine and Chidester streets.
Assistant City Planner Bonnie Wessler said the commission approved the permit, with a few conditions. The applicant named on the special use permit application is AZ Holdings, LLC who plans to name it “Aspen Gardens.”
"They added the condition that a sidewalk be constructed and a curb cut be closed on the northwest side," Wessler said.
Although approval was granted, AZ Holdings will still have a few steps to go through such as obtaining permits and submitting revised site plans before it can officially open.
Wessler said they're also in the process of obtaining their medical marijuana license necessary to open. The facility opening does not require council approval.
According to the site plan, the site most recently has been used for an auto body repair, hair product manufactory, and as a social club for the
Iron Coffins Motorcycle Club. AZ Holdings plans to perform significant renovations to the interior of the space.
The building's assessed value is $67,600.
Another grow facility is hoping to open at
834 Railroad St. and is awaiting site plan approval.
The site plan approval comes a day after Mayor Pro Tem Lois Richardson said the city should
consider placing a moratorium on medical marijuana grow facilities and dispensaries opening in the city. The city currently has six dispensaries, with the possibility of a seventh opening on Huron Street.

Free Map and Image for the Rippers ! I think this should have been kept a little elusive in the sense of security
