i dont kno if its been said yet but in one of the pics the temp reads 85.5 deg F. your going to want to bring that down about ten degrees. and the plants do look overwatered. they could also be wilting due to the fact that you let them dry out completely. when drying the cup out completely to transplant you can sometimes damage the roots. when i transplant i like to water them pretty well then give them about 5 hours to evenly distribute the water and drain any extra. then the soil stays together really well and helps prevent root damage greatly.
