I'm 26 miles away driving miles... probably only 20 or so as the crow flies :(

Guess I'll get my next card sent to family in Pinetop.

They have a grow facility coop through DSS (Dispensary Support Systems) and share with another Dispensary is what I heard.

If its the one I'm thinking they already have close to 1000 plants going and it's a nice facility in Downtown Phoenix.

Holy crap
big ag is already getting in. There's a dispensary in Tucson scheduled for inspection very soon and I was wondering about production facilities. Join the already stocked co-op and you have quantities of a variety of strains.
Now the big questions...
organic? or offer either?....and of course prices.

is the 25mile rule "as the crow flies" or road miles?

If that is true they are going to get raided by the feds soon for every 99 plant Ur looking at a 5 year minimum sentence if they have 1000 that is 50 years this happened to a guy in Montana.

Yah, I wonder if these people look at anything that has happened in other states, or simply don't care

If they have a grow that size then why aren't they open? Surely a facility that size could supply the sole retailer in the state...

Furthermore the grow facility you are speaking of is caregiver run and operated and the law clearly state that caregivers may donate medicine to dispensaries but they may receive nothing of value. In addition the dispeaaries must be able to account for all expenditures as well as the original source of the medicine from seeds.

So I don't see how they can acquire this medicine from the federally illegal caregiver grow which is not a dispensary grow facility nor are the people running it dispensing agents. I also don't see how the dispensary could hide a cash expenditure for medicine.

So is the dispensary breaking the law and giving the caregivers something in exchange for the medicine or is the grow facility giving them free medicine rather than getting reimbursement from its assigned patients. Either way the law is not being followed and the state will see his and fuck them.

I think you guys are missing the point. They are not supposed to have been growing for the past 6 months. Everything is tracked. They HAVE to wait ;)

Why do they have to wait? They could make that caregiver facility their dispensing agents and their grow facility. Then they could account for all medicine and it was all legal but just recently became legal for the dispensary to utilize.

Dispensaries will be able to recieve clones from patients and caregivers who are cards holders............

Are you not a cardholder currently growing? The dispensary can legally recieve clones, plants, flowers plants, buds what ever from patients and caregivers....

Have you read the Rules set forth by AzDHS?

Seriously man?

I would be more than willing to help you understand the rules AND law - and how they combine to stay legal but I want to get paid my friend...

I am dead serious... Are you planning to have a lawyer walk you through your daily operations... Like transporting? The rules that must be followed are VERY strict. Have you looked into this?

Are these not things you should be aware of if you are a soon-to-be dispensary opening?

I am very very supportive of dispensaries opening up in town but not if dispensaries will be taking money from patients who have no choice(25 mile rule)...

Really LV... as much as folk hate you, they love you... Why not involve everyone here? Give us all jobs? Why not?

Just wondering...

Your idea works well if you have 1 dispensary. Yes it's true. Not sure where i disagreed. The bottom line is when 3-4 DIspensaries are sharing a grow, the numbers need to jive.

I will bet a nickel for every plant that gets seized...
Wouldn't it be wise to be silent about such acts - it is still a mandatory 5 year sentence for every batch of 99 plants!

Hate saying it but folks forget about federal law...

Dispensary = no plant limit
(Another reason dispensaries will flop)

Yea but the feds have bigger fish to fry. They are only going after people in violation of state law.

No Dispensary will be able to get by and abide by a 99 plant limit. Never happen.
