:leaf: I am about to shut my lights off for about 48 hours to start my bloom cycle and I was wondering about the additives for . I have Diamond Nectar, Flora Nectar and Liquid Kool Bloom. My PPM is around 1100 for all six plants and thats without any additives just the micro 8ml, bloom 4ml, and veg 12ml all per gallon. I was going to swap the reservoirs right at the beginning of the bloom cycle (when the lights come on). I was wondering how much kool bloom to add and when I should add the flora and diamond nectar? I am running a DWC 5 Bucket System each bucket 5 gal. and one still in tote (runt). I have a 1000w air-cooled system in a 4x4x7 grow tent.:leaf:

You dont have to put your girls into flowering by giving em 48 hours of darkness... 12/12 is sufficient.

And if I were you I would be running the lucus method, and forget all the additives.

0-8-16, top off with ph'd water, then change res every 2 weeks.

Thats it!!

Im on it now, Superior growth. :)

Good luck to ya! :)

So if I did use the lucas method, then could I still add kool bloom to get bigger buds has anyone tried this?

I'm running something pretty similar to you. I doing DWC with 5 gallon buckets, 10 inch net pots, GH air pump, and 6 inch air stones. I do individual buckets. They are not connected and no reservoir. I use GH but not the lucas formula. I just use floramicro, floragrow, florabloom, and koolbloom liquid. I use flora nectar and koolbloom dry on the last 3 weeks. Koolbloom dry where the magic happens and gives you bigger buds. I top off with just ph water and change the res with new nutes once a week. I'm also using a 4.5x4.5x7 tent and a total of a 1000 watts but 600 watts is with a hps and the other 400 watts is with an mh bulb. Both bulbs are in an air cooled growzilla reflector. For the liquid koolbloom I just use 1 tsp per gallon and somtimes a little more but no more than 2 tsp per gallon. The amount I use depends on how big the plant is. If I put them in under 2 ft then I just use 1 tsp per gallon. But if I put them in bigger then I start with 1 tsp per gallon and go up as it gets bigger but I never go over 2 tsp per gallon. Just keep an eye on the plant to see how much it can handle. For the koolbloom dry I just follow the instructions and use 1/4 tsp per gallon and never more. This is strong stuff. As for diamond nectar, I don't use it. I also don't shut the lights for 48 hours. I just go straight to 12/12.
