CalMag def. add a low N calmag like CALiMAGic to your water and use every feeding......Keep in mind that in soil it takes 5-7 days to show a problem and the same for any correction AND that the correction will onley be in the NEW GROWTH as the old damage will not "repair" it's self.

If your running hydro add the calmag and around 3 days,(not 5-7) for the same effect as above.

The 3 point leaves are early and don't mean much as they will fall away in time anyway. When plants start throwing 5+ leaves per, your plant is stable and growing.

Helpful info would be - Soil or hydro, what nutes and how much/how often. Be complete in what your putting in your feeding. What soil and how big are your pots.

Good luck

I am growing in 8 Litre pots. I am using a coco and perlite mix 50 50. i am using GHE grow micro bloom. i feed on a 3 day cycle monday nutrients tuesday water wednesday nothing. but if they need watering because the pots have dried out i water with a mild solution of kelpak if its not the plants feeding day. I put in epsom salts as i have been told this is what must be put in during flowering and i have stopped with the cal mag now for a few weeks.

There is absolutely both Calcium and Magnesium deficiencies there, but there are other serious issues as well.

Out of curiosity, what are you pH'ing your water to?

Hi there spek9, ummmmmmmmm well i normally aim for 6.8 or according to the paper strip a light yellow ( dont actually have a ph pen ) i broke the bulb thingy a while back and have not had the money to replace it ( there are very expensive in south africa ) so i have had to do with good old ph strips. I have a feeling i am going to be shunned hahaha

Hey ChronicGrow, to answer your question no its not, but it is more tollerable although saying that if you get caught with a full on grow set up here they kinda give you a smack on the hands a big fine and community service get caught with it for the 2nd or 3rd time and your sharing a cell with a guy called bubba and you will be his vanilla dessert every night. Prisons in south africa are not a place you want to be.

I might run nutes every other day if I were you. Esp. with what you run for nutes, And running epson salts will salt up your coco kinda faster,,,go back to a CalMg ( I like G&H CALiMAGic as it's low N won't screw with your nute concentrations).

Hmm, about 2 gallon pots. So then try this;
Veg = 300-400ml solution per feeding. pour around edge of pot to make the roots "stretch" to the moisture, more roots=more bud....increase to 500ml if need be to keep them moist bt not wet.
Bloom = 500 or more as needed to keep soil moist but not wet. You will have to increase ml at later stages of bloom as the plant will use more..

Good Luck
