Hello. I was curious if there are any best ways to use cha ching?

does everyone just use the feed chart and use 1/4 tsp 3-4 times or are there better ways?

I am on a pure water day but next watering I will start using it as i have 4 weeks left.. 6 weeks max.

    Thank you.

Plant is nirvana's blue mystic ... growing in soil and been fed grow big one in veg.. the big bloom.tiger bloom, 1 feed open open sesame, 2 feeds of beastie bloomz in flower.

I ph to 6.5 every time.

any help with cha ching feeding schedule's would help me alot.

NASTY shit those super high P supplements!

It's made for flowering plants that your MOM would plant......At least it's far better suited for them!

9-50-10 is simply wrong! Your plants will begin to yellow out from the bottom up and with P values that high, you won't be able to slow it down....

Bet you used it by the time you see this.....Well, there is next time...

its made for the last 3 weeks of flowering . and it does lower your ph some thing crazy . you will have to add a lot of ph up in the water

That's just bullshit who. Come on now, I'm using cha- Ching with excellent results. Flowers are definitely not yellowing or showing any signs of having too much P. That's why you don't use full strength...And it's usually used in conjunction with other fox farm products. Right now I'm running botanicare kind and fox farm to see results. Fox farm is kicking ass, botanicare is doing great too. By the way, MY MOM grows marijuana too, soooooo.

Never had that problem using 1/4 strength and following the feeding sechedule with a few tweaks. Always notice a increase in resin production and big swollen colas.

i did 1 tsp per gallon .... . i actually use it as my ph lowering . 1 teaspoon for 5 gallons of water lowers my water from 8.5 to a perfect 6.5 and add my regular nutrients .

tiger bloom and beastie bloomz as well lower ph like a mother fucker... 7.4 ph distilled water was taken down to 4.3 with 1 tsp tiger bloom and 1/4 tsp beastie bloomz.. the ammount of ph up it took was dumb.

LMAO! NO, I don't hate you! Your actually fine! You don't get personal and I'm trying to help - as many as I can...
I actually rather liked your "noob" post! Please consider that all I did there was add to it! That was my intent!

Ok then, lets have some fun here and I'll actually spend some time helping you out! OK?

I have never been a fan of FF solubles !!! The P rates are way overblown for Cannabis in my book....WAY overblown!

Adding another high P substance is more like torture then a benefit.....
Nutrient companies have mostly sold out to profits from those that believe that early and high P rates are making bigger buds. I mean, they say it makes the biggest bestest buds you have every seen! People buy into that and the others want the market share so they make something like it and make their own "claims"
Basically, in the real world. The plant actually needs that higher N for a cpl of weeks of bloom. Several nutrient makers see that fact for our plant and actually increase it bit at that point. Around week 5 they then add a P/K booster of around 0-6-9....some as high a 0-12-13 or 0-13-14 (that's due to the ratio being in decimals - closer to 13-14 for the booster).

Hesi and Canna are a cpl of good examples of that. These are 2 old school Dutch brands that have fun suing each other over who was first on the market that way, and over product names (but that's another story).

I used Hesi a lot during those late synthetic years.....I did change up from some of their products due to cost and that I could mimic what they had, better for far less. basically I used the base nutrients and the boost. Later adjusted their feed rates to suit the way I liked and dialed in...

So then. The basic idea that feeding a good quality base Veg for 2 weeks past the light change ( I did give the plants a tickle of extra P&K at the flip - one time only ) and like 50/50 at week 3. Then go to 100% bloom foods - with a single shot of a 0-9-19 at week 6&7 and sometimes at week 5 - strain dependent....Worked out the best for ME!

Basic nutrient goals were ratio wise right about 3-1-2 or 3-2-2 in veg to early bloom. I actually fed everyday, a metered amount at that value..I jumped the NPK ratio to around 5-6-8 for mid bloom and boosted late...

It would work with any nutrient, marketed along those ratios. You might have to use less of it to hit that mark, and things near that shouldn't be hard to dial in either...I've seen pics of people's ops that they claim insane ratios in use and still can't believe what they claimed BUT, they never did line out exactly how they fed it.....If they were using those things. I suspect it was at very reduced rates!

Anyway. In reality, there is no "real" need to boost, if you balance your ratio's properly and adjust at the right times.
Otherwise, that's simply nutrient makers trying to make money from you..saying you'll do better with ridiculous high P rates.

    Questions? Just ask Strocat....your straight!

I'm not a fan of AN and their marketing policies. The products do grow......However, I have no experience with Iguana juice. I don't know anyone that has either! What does that tell you?

What you were using was not organic. Is that now an issue?

Dyna Gro Foliage pro is a simple one step nutrient that works! Great for getting started and learning growing.

I suspect you would want more.....I see almost everyone who does synthetics around me (except the old school guys doing Jack's powders - nothing will get them to change, and I don't blame them) Starting to change over to Botanicare *KIND* line. It's a 3 part and they almost all supplement Dyna's PRO TEKT silica and use my homemade "Sweet Raw" formula.....That's it, nothing else and no boosting....

I have been so impressed with how this is working for these folks. Some truly insane buds are being grown (pretty wise). I'm going to open an area in my grow for several plants to be run with this. I just have to play with it and see what I can do with it....

That's my suggestion.....get dialed in and then play with organics....I liked old school organic nutes and simply dialed in by reducing amounts to my required feedings.....Age Old (liquid) was a go to line...Like the veg is 12-6-6 so using 1/3 the given dose is then 4-2-2 and that's not a bad grow ratio for light everyday feeding..I still keep it around for adjusting plants that might need a kick up, in water only soils... I use AACT's, but don't care for brewing much in the line of fert teas, other then an old one I learned over 30 years ago that stays right at 3-2-5.

I saw G&H's organic box set used to win a cup in the dam.....So that works. Still, that bottle count looks like a pain to work with.
To me and how I learned to do things.....It's all about the NPK ratios of the product, and how I can use more or less to reach my goals in the way I grow..

You need to pick something that works with quality and adjust it to how your growing to reach your goals...
No 2 grow operations are exactly the same. Nor will they get "exactly" the same results...

my opinion nutrients are nutrients . i do agree the ff beastie blooms and cha ching the (p ) is very high as long as you mix your veg nutrients with it you will have a healthy plant . stand alone not so great will be forced to add a lot of calmag because the plant is being locked out from such high (p) so its a ok choice to mix in for a (p) boost . i like liquid nutrients a lot better then powered .

Well, the quality varies from the locations it's harvested from. It's low on Ca and Mg for long runs and has fungus gnat eggs in the soil.

You can do a lot better - just say'in..

So wrong on that. So many things make up a nutrient.

Starting from it's source to how it's mixed and bottled, and to how it's charted for use!

All nutrients are not created equal!!

Now as far as powdered being not a choice for you......bet a lot of the best growers you never met.....Use an old school J R Peters or Jack's !

I have a list of nutrients, I have tried and simply won't use....for whatever reason!

FF Big Bloom is the only FF nutrient I'll use.
I hate House and Garden! I know there are some that like it.....But it's source quality is shit, it's feed charting is shit, and they have way to many products at stupid prices! Sound like another brand I don't like as far as marketing.

    There are others.....
