You can use the same adapter for both fans probably. The fans need 0.15A each.. if your adapter is 0.5A or more then you can use the same one for both fans.

I'm using an old phone charger and some old 40mm fans for practice with the wiring and getting the 'daisy chain' correct. 12v 1amp adapter was about £7 online, should run a 120mm for exhaust and a couple 80mm for circulation.

As for carbon filter i'll be buying some carbon from a fish/pet shop, sewing it into bags and putting them in a small MDF box to go over my exhaust and hoping it works well. Saw the bag idea on here, if you search for DIY carbon filters. Real cheap this way. Check some of the ideas out there's some real clever people on here.

Starting too feed a mix or dyna gro bloom and grow now as they're starting too smell and preflower, look like the harvest time will be fairly short :d can't wait too get on a second grow!

So impressed with how my first mini grow is going! Just too recap it's in John innes no2 soil and perlite mix in small pots, 2x 5500k 45 watt cfls and one 2700k 45 watt in the middle. I have an artic 12 cooling fan as an extractor and a 6inch clip fan for air movement.

Growing 2 auto blue amnesia plants, I topped one and I'm just letting it go now, the other I'm just growing thru unless it gets too big and I'll have too tie her down, hopefully it won't in the small pot. Been feeding with dyna gro 'grow' from week 2 and am now adding bloom into it too, they seem more than happy with it!

HEEELP! Even though I'm sure no one's really following this, I need some help. Yesterday my plants looked the king of cannabis, today my taller plant that hasn't been topped was really floppy in the stem, even though there's a fan on it and it has an impressively strong stem. This is my first grow but somehow I got this far without a single problem lol, is this over watering?

Please reply ASAP

Should probably mention it starts in the middle of the plant and is fine at the bottom. Over watering makes sense in my mind so I'll leave her a day or two unless anyone says otherwise.

How do the bottoms of the pots look? Are they leaking water or can you see root tips at all poking out? Are they brown?

I would suspect over-watering too, but......feeding too might be off...if dry soil doesn't make it go away.

Looks good.

Hey man, we're following!!

I really can't see any curling leaves cos' my first suspision was that it's from the fan blowing too much air on her. But it really could be anythin'!

Keep what I said in mind if you see any curling leaves, though!!

Cheers!!
