Put them outside if you can you get a hell of a lot more out of them. But they do look healthy and you'll end up with something at the end just won't be much, as long as they're not males or Hermies. Did you pull the seeds out of a bag of dank bud, or just some regular commercial weed? I ask because if they came from dank weed there's a high chance they could hermie on you. If it just came out of some commercialstv weed can you have a better chance of having a hermie free grow.IMO

Well you could veg em under those lights until next spring then put em out in sun or I suggest steppin up yer game and grabbing a light and ballast setup with like a 250-450 hps or or Metal Halide or stronger if you got the room and can fit the bill you'll defenently get better results then with the lights yer usin now.
