New grower eh?

Get your self a little bottle of Dyna - Gro FOLIAGE PRO.......It has an NPK ratio of 3-1-2. The NPK strength is 9-3-6 (see the ratio? 3 parts N, to 1 part P, to 2 parts K).
Now this will work very well! BUT, this is your first grow, so I suggest you cut the amount they tell you to mix by 50% and water and feed like this.

Mix at 1/2 tsp per gallon of water. Feed this mix starting out a "feed - plain water - feed - plain water and repeat till the plant is done at harvest....You should be watering every 3rd or 4th day as the pot dries.....If you begin to see wilting - water a little more and or more often......If the plant leaves look "light" green like yours right now - "feed" a little more by adding a little to the mix - say by 1/2 to a whole ml per gallon. It will want you to up that amount at some point coming up.....BUT, now you know what to look for and how to fix it.

You should know this. It will take your plant, in soil, 5-7 days to show the deeper green of a healthy plant! Be PATIENT!!! Do not add more feed or feed it again hoping to get it to look better faster. You will very quickly be overfeeding and that's a worse problem then under feeding a bit.

Like I said, you now know what to look for and what to do about it...

Looks pretty good so far.....If you feed today, a week from now,,,,They'll look great!

Depends how much longer you veg them for I mean as they sit I wouldn't say more then 2 oz if you let them get bigger then they could produce a lot more

It is way to young to determine yield. Your best bet would be to let them grow out, take care of them and worry about yield after you've harvested. The most important thing now is to make sure they get enough light, water, and nutrients. I would also suggest transplanting them into bigger pots. I wouldn't let them sit in those small cups for to long.

@jay I'd say Dr. Who is right about a pound. Also he is right again there is no way anyone can give you a yield estimate. But I'm sure you're going to need more light. A couple of cfls won't give you what you're looking for. If you have the money upgrade to a 150/250 watt hps. Your girls look good though. Keep up the good work.
