First time grow

So I did away with the scrog idea for this round only Becuase I don't know the sex yet so I'd rather take clones now and wait to see if they are female. Then I'll raise the clones and scrog the clones.
In the meantime I've wired down some branches to try and bush these bitches out. But they are getting bigger. I'm wondering when I should attempt flowering.......considering height and all. 20150117_004018.jpg20150117_004023.jpg 20150117_004031.jpg 20150117_004110.jpg

All three ladies looking pretty good so far, not too much to really say except they are coming along.

Here's some pictures from last night

They are coming along nicely. Lots of white hairs. Do they smell alot? And how long have they been in flowering?

I am trying to figure out when to flower but in the mean time I'm having a slight issue with temperature. I hit 95 at times and I'm wondering how to cool down my area. I might need better intake ventalation.....

I flowered mine as soon as they hit sexual maturity. Right now my only saving grace is the cool Rocky Mountain winter air at night keeping my plants from burning .

They don't smell too much except the first hour they sleep and right after a watering. I started flowering January 2nd and hoping these finish in under 10 weeks.

When do they hit sexual maturity? How would I know?

Update more growth almost time for flowering I am getting slightly high temps and some slight brown spots on some fan leaves but very faint. Overall good growing. Put in two overhead 85w cfls (huge cfl's) with a reflector and 2-23w on each side. (Total 4)

Next update. Took care of my temp issue by intaking air from outside keep temps between 62-86. So far....
I've trimmed the plants and started 12/12 on Feb 8th. Using Dutch Master
One-Flower the rest of the way through. See some burn dots sometimes on fan leaves. Happening to one plant more than the other. Mild case. Unknown reason. Using 4- 65 watt cfls @3900 lumens each, and 6- 40 watt @ 2600 lumens each. Here's some update pics.

Figured I'd close this shit out.

I might post some pictures later if anyone is interested.

Bitch Please (the hong kong x deathstar) was an inbreed whore and raped itself giving me thousands of seeds to go play Johnny AppleWeed with. Was a shame as she had the best plant structure of them all with a nice bushy but open structure.

Napalm (mystery seed of diesel origins) has the biggest of yield of just around 2oz dry but was very finnicky about what it wanted for food. Seriously name a deficiency or surplus and I could find you a leaf showing that characteristics. This plant did hermie a little bit but once I figured out what was going on it was managed with about 70% success.

AvGas - this was my trooper. Still was trying to herm a bit (supposedly same parents as napalm but I doubt that) and was probably about 80% successful on this one on getting rid of all the balls/pods/etc. This plant probably gave me 1.5oz

Bitchplease was entirely made into hash save 1 bud. The hash had a nice piney smell but when smoked had more of a citrus taste.

Currently I'm growing 4 auto's as practice for outdoors as my parents are going to me let grow in their backyard and these should be discrete enough to not alert any neighbors.

Got 2 Candy Kush from auto seeds
Got 1 Jack Herer auto from Original sensible sensible seeds.
Lastly 1 Dedoverde Haze auto from HSO.

Out of those 4 I was originally going to do 2 candy/2jack but 1 jack didn't sprout and nobody has posted shit online about the dedoverde haze auto so I figured I'd start a journal pretty soon of them once things get interesting. Outdoors I'm going to run 1 candy, 1 jack, 2 haze (the left overs of my 3 packs) but that won't be until may-june depending on how our crazy colorado weather goes.

Once these four indoors are done I'm going to run some breeder's boutique gear that I picked up online during their 50% off sale. Got me some smelly cherry, cheese surprise, black ss, and qrazy quake.

so you've got air coming in through a fan? and coming out through carby ventilation?

looks like a 'Mate' of mine has pretty similar setup has air coming in but hasn't sorted extraction yet. 600w aswell.
coming into winter area it is gets as low as 10c at night so im hoping that will help with heat issues.
